padahal mereka kurangnya pengetahuan terhadaf Hukum.
Karena ada aturan baru yang mengakibatkan terpilihnya sebagai kepala desa akibat ketokohannya dan belum tentu ilmu administrasinya bagus. Disini perlu ke hati hatian
kepercayaan masyarakat akan menjadi baeometer sesorang dipilih didesa walau pendidikannya tidak memadai. Yang dibutuhkan orang jujur dan tekun sering membantu masyarakat. terus dipilih dan dusulkan jadi Kepala desa atas Desakan masyarakat setelah duduk.
Mereka pasti membantunya dan berbuat untuk desanya tanpa pandang bulu. Dan bekerja dan bekerja untuk masyarkatnya. .justru yang masuk sekarang dipenjara , Kebanyakan orang baik baik dan rajin membantu masyarakat. Nah salahnya dimana ungkap awak Bt.
Contoh kecil saja salah satu kepala desa dijawa barat sebut saja namanya didik. Dalam hatinya sudah melekat dan deket Dengan masyarakatnya. Disaat ada kebutuhan adat atau yang mendesak mereka datang ke kantor kepala desa dan masyarakat meminta tolong anaknya sakit dan uang disaku tidak ada. Terus ada kas desa. Karena kepala desanya ai didik ini kasian. Akhirnya dia perintahkan sekretarisnya pakai uang kas desa untuk membantunya. Akhirnya ujung ujungnya masuk bui.
Disilah kesalahan fatal dan harus bener bener dipelajari dengan cermat. Niat baik belum tentu hasiknya baik. Sehingga si didik menjalani hukuman 4 tahun di salah satu lapas di bandung jawa barat.
Sehingga sekarang banyak kepala desa masuk Penjara dimana mana diseluruh indonesia.
Terus pertanyaannya siapa yang salah ?. Negara? Atau Sumber Daya Masyarakatnya Ini selalu menjadi dilema.
Mari kita dukung peneggakan hukum kita dengan baik tanpan mengesampingkan kepentingan adat dimasing masing propinsi ,atau daerah daerah. Supaya kita bisa maju dengan Kebinekaan dan belajar dari kesalahan dan menjadi negara Yang kuat akan kemajuan .menuju Negara yang adil dan makmur
