Pemilik sekaligus founder Warung Mina Dalung I Made Patri yang hadir mejelaskan awal mula berdirinya Warung Mina, dari mengawali sebagai penjual ikan, kemudian jadi supplier terus berkembang dan mendirikan rumah makan Warung Mina.
Warung Mina Group yang kini telah mampu merambah dengan memiliki 13 buah outlet yang tersebar di beberapa tempat seperti Warung Mina Peguyangan, Mina Dalung, Mina Ubud, Mina Renon, Mina Padangsambian, Mina Petitenget, Mina Kuta, Mina Legian, Mina Batubelig, Mina Tanjung Hotel dan Etnik Legian serta Masakan Rumah Etnik. Bahkan, beberapa outlet Warung Mina telah tersebar menjadi usaha kuliner yang dimiliki sebagai kebanggaan kuliner Bali. Bukan hanya itu, Warung Mina telah juga melancarkan perluasan usahanya ke wilayah Lombok, NTB.
Spirit I Made Patri yang berlatar belakang purnawirawan ABRI yakni dari TNI AURI, diharapkan bisa menjadi inisiasi bagi karyawan dari Pertamina Hulu Energi 1418 Oktober yang akan memasuki masa purna bhakti.
Menurut Vice President Human Resources Pertamina Beni Syarif Hidayat, kegiatan semacam ini bisa memberi inisiatif serta memberi inspirasi bagi para para pegawai yang sebentar lagi memasuki masa purna tugas. “kegiatan seperti Ini bisa memberi inspirasi kepada kami yang baru akan memulai, jadi kami langsung terjun ketempatnya jadi bisa tahu apa kendala dan bukan untungnya saja yang dilihat tapi bagaimana mereka membangun dari awal, kemudian bisnis jaringan seperti apa, cara memenangkan persaingan seperti apa, mudah-mudahan kami bisa meniru dan tinggal bagaimana keberanian kami bisa mengikuti,” ujar Beni Hidayat.
Menurutnya lagi bahwa kegiatan seperti ini adalah kewajiban bagi Pertamina untuk mereka yang akan memasuki usia pensiun sebagai persiapan wirausaha dan persiapan lainnya khusus dalam memasuki masa pensiun yang bahagia dan terencana yang ditambahkan dengan pengetahuan wirausaha dengan kunjungan langsung ke industry atau UKM.
“Menjadi kewajiban bagi kemi bagi mereka yang akan memasuki usia pensiun, jadi bisa ada bekal dari awal karena selama ini kami hanya berkutat dikantor, tidak terpikir bagaimana setelah pensiun nanti, jadi tidak semata-mata mengandalkan uang pensiun,” pungkas Beni.
Sementara itu salah seorang pegiat UKM Bali, Ni Luh Tirtha yang ikut dalam sesi pelitihan tersebut menjelaskan produk UKM Kerajinan Sprei Bali Sari miliknya bahwa usahanya berdiri sejak tahun 2012, Bali Sari adalah sebuah usaha home industry yang bergerak di bidang produksi sprei, bedcover, dan berbagai motif sarung bantal dan guling dengan beragam variasi serta ukuran.
