Tim Peninjau Kemenpan RB Sambangi Layanan Kinereja Kanwil Kemenkum HAM Jabar Dan Rutan Bandung
BANDUNG, beritaterkini.co.id – Kantor Wilayah Kementerian Hukum dan HAM Jabar mendapat kunjungan kerja dari Tim Peninjau Kementerian Pendayagunaan Aparatur Negara dan Reformasi Birokrasi (Kemenpan-RB) yakni, Canggih dan Novan untuk melakukan survei penilaian layanan kinerja Zona Integritas menuju Wilayah Bebas dari Korupsi (ZI-WBK), Kamis (24/10/19).
Tim disambut hangat Kepala Divisi Administrasi Kantor Wilayah Kemenkumham Jabar, Hersusetiokartiko bersama Kepala Divisi Pelayanan Hukum dan HAM, Heriyanto dan para pejabat administrator serta seluruh koordinator masing-masing pokja bidang area perubahan Tim Kerja Pembangunan Zona Integritas Kanwil Kemenkumham Jabar.
Dalam kunjungan ini, Tim peninjau dari Kemenpan-RB memastikan hal-hal yang menjadi indikator tercapainya ZI-WBK telah dipenuhi dan terobosan inovasi birokrasi serta perbaikan pelayanan publik yang telah dilakukan. Tim langsung meninjau Pusat Layanan Terpadu Hukum dan HAM yang telah diluncurkan Kanwil Kemenkumham Jabar sebagai sistem pelayanan terpusat satu pintu yakni terintegrasinya semua jenis layanan publik dalam ruang khusus layanan sehingga meningkatkan kualitas dan kinerja pelayanan sesuai dengan kebutuhan masyarakat.
Ceno Hersusetiokartiko selaku Kepala Divisi Administrasi menjelaskan bahwasannya Ruang Layanan Hukum dan HAM terpadu ini merupakan implementasi dalam rangka pembangunan Zona Integritas menuju WBK WBBM, meningkatkan pelayanan yang maksimal kepada masyarakat dan dalam rangka mendukung program pemberantasan korupsi Pemerintah.
“Kami juga telah menobatkan duta layanan Kantor Wilayah Kementerian Hukum dan HAM Jabar yang akan membantu masyarakat dalam setiap jenis layanan dan jika mengalami kendala / kesulitan. Setiap harinya akan ada 2 (dua) orang pegawai secara bergantian yang bertugas menjadi duta layanan yang akan selalu memberikan senyum, ramah, dan sapa untuk masyarakat yang datang ke pusat layanan terpadu sehingga masyarakat terlayani secara maksimal,” ujar Ceno.
“Kami juga mempunyai layanan aplikasi berbasis IT seperti SIEMIL (Sistem Elektronik Managemen Informasi dan Layanan) dan SIKENOT (Sistem Informasi dan Layanan Kinerja Notaris), hal ini untuk mempermudah layanan kepada masyarakat.” lanjut Ceno.
Kemudian Tim Kemenpan-RB meninjau mulai dari ruang pamer hasil karya Warga Binaan Pemasyarakatan (WBP) kemudian sarana prasarana pelayanan publik berbasis HAM seperti ruang bermain anak, ruang laktasi/ menyusui, tempat duduk khusus Ibu hamil, lansia dan difabel, toilet disabilitas, dan ruang konsultasi prioritas. Selain itu, tim juga melakukan survei penilaian dengan memeriksa dokumen data dukung komponen pengungkit yang mengacu pada Lembar Kerja Evaluasi (LKE) WBK WBBM yang terdiri dari 6 bidang area perubahan yakni Bidang Manajemen Perubahan, Penataan Tatalaksana, Penataan Manajemen SDM, Penguatan Akuntabilitas, Penguatan Pengawasan dan Peningkatan Kualitas Pelayanan Publik.
Hasil dari survei penilaian ini nantinya akan menjadi salah satu penentu tercapainya predikat Wilayah Bebas dari Korupsi dimana Kanwil Jabar merupakan satu dari 10 (sepuluh) satker di wilayah Jabar yang diusulkan untuk menjadi Satker WBK ke Kemenpan RB.
Usai meninjau layanan kinerja di lingkungan Kanwil Kemenkumham Jabar, Tim dari Kemenpan RB yang didampingi Kepala Divisi Administrasi dan jajarannya langsung bergerak untuk meninjau layanan kinerja di Rutan klas I Bandung.(*)
