JAKARTA – BERITATERKINI.co.id – Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK) melakukan pemeriksaan kepada anggota DPR Fraksi PDI Perjuangan, Juni Siahaan atau akrab disapa Nico.
Ia diperiksa sebagai saksi dengan tersangka eks Bupati Cirebon, Sunjaya Purwadisastra dalam kasus tindak pidana pencucian uang.
Nico terlihat tiba di gedung KPK sekitar jam 10:00 WIB, dan langsung masuk ke ruang pemeriksaan.
“Diperiksa sebagai saksi untuk tersangka SUN (Sunjaya),” kata Kabiro Humas KPK Febri Diansyah, Selasa, (29/10/2019).
Sebelumnya, Sunjaya disangkakan melanggar Pasal 3 dan/atau Pasal 4 UU No 8 Tahun 2010 tentang Pencegahan dan Pemberantasan Tindak Pidana Pencucian Uang.
Adapun total uang hasil korupsi yang diterima Sunjaya sebesar Rp51 miliar.
KPK menduga salah satu hasil korupsi Sunjaya masuk dalam kegiatan PDIP yang dilaksanakan tahun 2018 lalu, yang diterima melalui Nico.
Bahkan Nico sudah pernah mengembalikan uang sebesar Rp250 juta.
