JAKARTA – BERITATERKINI.co.id – Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK) sudah merampungkan pemeriksaan terhadap anggota DPR RI Fraksi PDI Perjuangan, Junico Siahaan.
Junico menjadi saksi untuk tersangka eks Bupati Cirebon, Sunjaya Purwadisastra dalam kasus tindak pidana pencucian uang.
Pria yang akrab disapa Nico itu mengaku ditanya penyidik KPK soal uang Rp250 juta yang disumbangkan Sunjaya untuk acara PDIP.
“Betul (soal dana Rp 250 juta), dan saya sudah jawab. Sama seperti kemarin,” kata Nico usai jalani pemeriksaan di Gedung KPK, Jakarta, Selasa (29/10/2019).
Ia menegaskan jika uang tersebut merupakan iuran terhadap kader partai dalam acara Sumpah Pemuda yang dilaksanakan PDIP tahun 2018 lalu.
“Jadi menurut saya itu adalah gotong royong ya sebenarnya, yang menurut saya itu wajar dilakukan oleh anggota organisasi,” kata dia.
“Sehingga saya rasa ini merupakan suatu hal yang lumrah dilakukan. Ya enggak mungkin kita halangi kan kalau mau ada yang gotong royong. Kira-kira begitu,” sambung dia.
Namun demikian ia tidak mengetahui sumber uang Rp250 juta yang disumbangkan Sunjaya untuk acara PDIP tersebut.
“Yang ditanyakan apakah anda mengetahui (uang Rp 250 juta), ya saya bilang saya enggak tahu uangnya dari mana, kan begitu. Itu adalah sumbangan dia. Kira enggak tanya satu-satu (dari mana uang sumbangan),” pungkasnya.
Sebelumnya Nico juga pernah diperiksa sebagai saksi untuk Sunjaya pada November 2018. Saat itu, Nico dicecar soal dugaan aliran dana dari Sunjaya untuk acara Kongres Sumpah Pemuda PDIP pada Oktober 2018.
Saat menjadi saksi untuk Sunjaya di persidangan pada Maret 2019, Nico mengakui ada pemberian uang senilai Rp 250 juta. Nico yang kala itu menjadi Ketua Panitia acara Sumpah Pemuda PDIP, mengatakan setelah mengetahui Sunjaya ditangkap atas kasus dugaan suap, uang pemberian tersebut tak jadi dipakai. Menurut Nico, uang itu akhirnya dikembalikan ke KPK pada November 2018.
Status tersangka ini merupakan yang kedua bagi Sunjaya. Ia diduga melakukan pencucian uang dengan mengalihkan sejumlah gratifikasi yang diterimanya menjadi beberapa aset yang bila dijumlahkan bernilai hingga Rp 51 miliar.
Sementara itu dalam perkara suap, Sunjaya telah divonis 5 tahun penjara dan denda Rp 200 juta subsider 6 bulan kurungan oleh Pengadilan Negeri Bandung. Ia terbukti menerima suap Sekretaris Dinas PUPR Kabupaten Cirebon, Gatot Rachmanto, terkait jual beli jabatan di Pemkab Cirebon senilai Rp 100 juta.
