JAKARTA – BERITATERKINI.co.id – Pemerintah resmi menaikkan iuran bagi peserta program Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional-Kartu Indonesia Sehat (JKN-KIS) yang dikelola Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Sosial (BPJS) Kesehatan.
Kenaikan iuran tersebut tertuang dalam salinan Perpres 75/2019 tentang Perubahan atas Perpres 82/2018 tentang Jaminan Kesehatan.
Dalam Perpres dijelaskan besaran iuran bagi peserta penerima bantuan iuran (PBI) dinaikkan menjadi Rp 42 ribu per bulan. Saat ini besaran iuran peserta PBI Rp 23 ribu.
“Kenaikan ini mulai berlaku 1 Agustus 2019,” bunyi Perpres tersebut sebagaimana dilansir dari tandaseru.
Iuran bagi pekerja bukan penerima upah (PBPU) dan bukan pekerja (BP) juga dinaikkan dan mulai berlaku 1 Januari 2020.
Iuran peserta yang merupakan PBPU dan BP untuk kelas III juga RP 42 ribu dari sebelumnya Rp 25.500 per bulan. Iuran peserta kelas II, naik dari Rp 51.000 menjadi Rp 110.000 dan kelas I dari Rp 80.000 menjad Rp 160.000.
Iuran bagi peserta yang merupakan pekerja penerima upah (PPU) ditetapkan lima persen dari upah atau gaji dengan ketentuan empat persen ditanggung pemberi kerja dan satu persen menjadi tanggungan peserta.
Batas paling tinggi untuk perhitungan tersebut ditetapkan Rp 12 juta per bulan, sedangkan sebelumnya Rp 8 juta per bulan.
