Menpora Merasa Dilecehkan, Golkar Ancam Interpelasi Wali Kota Surabaya

SIRABAYA – BERITATERKINI.co.id – Fraksi Partai Golkar DPRD Surabaya mengaku kecewa lantaran Menteri Pemuda dan Olahraga (Menpora), Zainuddin Amali tidak bisa masuk ke dalam Stadion Gelora Bung Tomo atau GBT untuk meninjau kesiapan sebagai tuan rumah Piala Dunia U-20.

Pasalnya pintu stadion terkunci dan juga tidak ada pejabat Pemerintah Kota (Pemkot) Surabaya di lokasi.

“Ini yang datang kan Menpora Republik Indonesia. Sebagai pembantu atau kepanjangan tangan Presiden Republik Indonesia. Maksudnya apa kok ada Pak Menteri, pintunya ditutup,” kata Agung Prasojo, anggota Fraksi DPRD Surabaya kepada wartawan di sela sidak Menpora di depan Stadion GBT Surabaya, Minggu, (03/11/2019).

Dia mengatakan bahwa dirinya sudah ada di depan pintu masuk untuk menyambut kedatangan Menpora.

Tapi mirisnya, tidak ada pejabat dari Dispora Kota Surabaya maupun pengelola stadion yang datang menyambut.

“Saya sudah telepon Kadispora sebelum beliaunya (Menpora) datang. Telponnya aktif, tapi dihubungi berulangkali nggak diangkat. Saya telepon Kepala Bappeko. Kepala Bappeko sudah menghubungi Kadispora, katanya juga tidak diangkat,” tuturnya.

“Kadispora Jawa Timur kemarin juga sudah menghubungi Kadispora Surabaya untuk menyampaikan rencana kedatangan Pak Menteri, nggak diangkat. Kirim pesan WhatsApp juga nggak dibalesin,” ujarnya.

Padahal sejatinya Menpora datang dalam rangka meninjau stadion GBT yang akan dijadikan lokasi pelaksanaan Piala Dunia U-20.

“Kehormatan Indonesia ditunjuk sebagai tuan rumah Piala Dunia U 20. Pak Menteri datang meninjau lokasinya di Surabaya bagaimana. Misalkan kalau kurang, nanti apa yang bisa dibantu dari Kemenpora,” katanya.

“Lah ini mau masuk ke dalam stadion saja nggak bisa, karena pintunya ditutup. Tidak ada petugas pengelola. Tidak ada security. Saya selaku anggota dewan, sangat kecewa. Ini pelecehan terhadap menteri selaku kepanjangan tangan Pak Presiden,” tegasnya.

Bahkan ia mengancam akan mengajukan hak interpelasi kepada Wali Kota Surabaya, Tri Rismaharini.

“Sikap Fraksi Golkar dalam hal ini, kita akan mengajukan interpelasi. Anda bayangkan, ini (menteri) sesuatu ada namanya Republik Indonesia. Mereka harus tahu itu. Ini bukan untuk kepentingan pribadi, tapi untuk kepentingan bangsa Indonesia,” katanya.

Ia menilai ada unsur kesengajaan baik yang dilakukan Dispora Surabaya dan Pemkot Surabaya.

“Kalau saya katakan ini ada unsur kesengajaan, rasanya masih prematur. Namanya Kadispora ketika ada Menpora itu harusnya mendampingi. Sebagai ASN (aparatur sipil negara), harus taat dengan aturan. Jangan dijadikan alat politik. Dia harus bermain sebagai posisi abdi negara,” jelasnya.
