Padahal kasusnya sudah masuk dalam tahap penyidikan, namun ia masih belum ditetapkan sebagai tersangka.
Irfan dilaporkan seorang kontraktor bernama Panji Pamungkasandi gegara menembak saat ditagih utang pada Minggu (10/11/2019) di Ruko Hana Sakura, Cigasong, Majalengka, Jawa Barat. Tembakan pistol Irfan mengenai telapak tangan Panji dan satu rekan Irfan bernama Handoyo.
“Belum (ada tersangka), masih berproses,” ucap Kasat Reskrim Polres Majalengka AKP M Wafdan Mutaqqin, Rabu (13/11/2019).
Ia mengatakan saat ini pihaknya masih melakukan pemeriksaan kepada sejumlah saksi.
“Kita sedang memaksimalkan dulu pemeriksaan saksi,” kata Wafdan.
