JAKARTA – BERITATERKINI.co.id – Bareskrim Polri menolak laporan politikus PDI Perjuangan, Henry Yosodiningrat terhadap Rocky Gerung yang dianggap menghina Presiden Joko Widodo.
“Saya keluar dari ruangan ini setelah menunggu selama 4,5 jam dengan rasa kecewa terhadap Polri karena tidak ada kepastian,” kata Henry di Gedung Badan Reserse Kriminal Polri, Jakarta Selatan, pada Senin, (09/12/2019).
Ia kemudian menceritakan, awalnya anggota polisi yang bertugas di Sentra Pelayanan Kepolisian Terpadu (SPKT) menanyakan ihwal surat kuasa dari Presiden Joko Widodo selaku pribadi maupun presiden.
Namun ia mengaku mewakili masyarakat Lampung yang dianggap tidak terima dengan pernyataan Rocky Gerung.
“Rakyat Lampung kecewa, sedih, pedih melihat presidennya dicaci-maki, dikatakan tidak paham Pancasila. Saya khawatir Rocky Gerung dibacok sama orang Lampung,” kata dia.
Namun, kepolisian justru menolak laporan Henry. Ia kemudian meminta surat pernyataan bahwa laporannya ditolak, tetapi kembali ditolak oleh kepolisian karena tak ada surat kuasa dari presiden.
“Mereka tidak katakan menolak, tapi dengan tidak ada surat kuasa mereka tidak bisa terima,” kata Henry.
