JAKARTA – BERITATERKINI.co.id – KPK mengancam akan menjemput paksa CEO Lippo Group, James Riady karena tidak memberikan keterangan yang jelas usai mangkir panggilan pemeriksaan sebagai saksi dalam kasus suap proyek Meikarta.
“Penyidik belum menerima pemberitahuan alasan ketidakhadiran tersebut. Jika tidak hadir tanpa alasan yang patut maka tentu sesuai hukum acara dapat dilakukan pemanggilan kembali atau permintaan bantuan pada petugas untuk menghadirkan (jemput paksa),” kata Juru Bicara KPK Febri Diansyah di Gedung KPK, Jakarta, Kamis, (12/12/2019).
Menurut Febri, KPK akan menjadwalkan ulang pemanggilan terhadap James Riady.
“Saat ini, penyidik akan menyusun langkah berikutnya agar saksi dapat hadir mematuhi perintah UU,” pungkasnya.
Sebagaimana diwartakan Medcom, pada persidangan 11 februari 2019, jaksa KPK sempat membuka rekaman pembicaraan antara Kadiv Land Acquisition and Permit PT Lippo Cikarang Edi Dwi Soesianto dengan Bartholomeus. Dalam percakapan tersebut, Toto menyampaikan kepada Edy bahwa James dan Billy Sindoro ingin menemui Neneng Hasanah Yasin selaku bupati Bekasi.
Setelah percakapan tersebut, James dan Billy akhirnya bertemu dengan Neneng di rumah dinas bupati pada awal Januari 2018. Dalam surat dakwaan jaksa penuntut umum, pertemuan James dengan Neneng itu diduga berkaitan dengan proyek Meikarta.
Dalam surat dakwaan itu juga, James sempat memperlihatkan gambar proyek pembangunan Meikarta kepada Neneng. Selepas pertemuan tersebut, PT Lippo Cikarang mengajukan permohonan IMB untuk 53 apartemen dan 13 basement dalam proyek Meikarta.
Permohonan tersebut dilayangkan pada Dinas Penanaman Modal Perizinan Terpadu Satu Pintu (PMPTSP) Kabupaten Bekasi. Disinyalir serangkaian suap terjadi dalam proses penerbitan IMB tersebut.
KPK telah menjerat sebelas orang tersangka dalam kasus suap Meikarta. Teranyar, KPK menetapkan Bartholomeus dan Sekretaris Daerah Jawa Barat, Iwa Karniwa.
Iwa diduga menerima Rp900 juta untuk memuluskan Peraturan Daerah tentang Rencana Detail Tata Ruang (RDTR) Kabupaten Bekasi Tahun 2017. Sedangkan, Bartholomeus merupakan pihak yang ditugaskan PT Lippo Karawaci untuk ‘menyelesaikan’ izin pembangunan Meikarta dari Neneng Hasanah Yasin yang saat itu menjabat sebagai Bupati Bekasi.
Iwa Karniwa disangkakan melanggar Pasal 12 huruf a atau huruf b atau Pasal 11 Undang-Undang Nomor 31 Tahun 1999 sebagaimana telah diubah dengan UU Nomor 20 Tahun 2001 tentang Pemberantasan Tindak Pidana Korupsi juncto Pasal 55 ayat (1) ke-1 KUHP.
Bartholomeus disangkakan melanggar Pasal 5 ayat (1) huruf a atau b atau Pasal 13 Undang-Undang Nomor 31 Tahun 1999 sebagaimana telah diubah dengan UU Nomor 20 Tahun 2001 tentang Pemberantasan Tindak Pidana Korupsi juncto Pasal 64 ayat (1) dan Pasal 55 ayat (1) ke-1.
