JAKARTA – BERITATERKINI.co.id – Banyak orang yang tidak menyadari bahwa lemah pada area perut sangat tidak baik bagi kesehatan.
Tetapi tidak banyak yang tahu bahwa ada cara yang mudah dalam menghilangkan lemak pada bagian perut, tanpa harus susah payah melakukan olahraga keras.
Berikut empat cara mengolah makanan yang perlu dihilangkan dari menu sehari-hari, dikutip dari laman The Health Site, Jumat, (13/12/2019).
Hindari bumbu instan
Di zaman yang serba mudah ini, banyak bumbu masakan yang juga mempermudah proses membuat makanan seperti saus sambal dan tomat, bumbu instan untuk menggoreng, hingga bumbu jadi untuk penyedap rasa. Kalori dari bumbu instan ini sangat tinggi dan memicu perut membuncit. Maka dari itu, ganti bumbu instan dengan bumbu tradisional seperti bawang putih, merah, jahe dan sebagainya.
Ganti gula dengan pemanis alami
Gula bisa berisiko terhadap kesehatan gigi maupun memicu perut buncit. Nah, jika di bumbu masakan sudah menggunakan gula, untuk camilan atau makanan ringan lainnya coba menambahkan pemanis alami seperti madu dan sirup maple.
Buat infused water
Jika terbiasa dengan rasa buah dari jus buah atau minuman instan lainnya, coba pikirkan kandungan gula berlebih di dalamnya. Ini membuat tubuh mendapat asupan berlebih, yang memicu perut membuncit. Untuk itu, beralihlah pada infused water yang tetap memberi rasa buah alami dan kesegaran khas air mineral tanpa tambahan gula.
Pilih alpukat
Rasa mayonaise yang gurih memang paling pas untuk cocolan makanan atau dioles di roti. Tetapi, kandungan mayo sangat tinggi lemak jahat. Coba ganti dengan alpukat sebagai bahan olesan di atas roti. Rasanya yang gurih alami serta menjadi sumber lemak baik membuat lemak di perut hilang dan mencegahnya balik lagi.
