JAKARTA – BERITATERKINI.co.id – Wakil Ketua Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK), Alexander Marwata mengatakan bahwa pihaknya tidak keberatan siapa saja yang akan ditempatkan sebagai Dewan Pengawas KPK, selama memiliki komitmen kuat dalam pemberantasan korupsi.

“Kalau bocoran, saya nggak mau komentar lah nanti yang diumumkan siapa. Kalau bocoran sih, saya sih nggak peduli siapa yang nanti akan duduk jadi Dewan Pengawas, yang penting dia punya komitmen yang sama untuk memberantas korupsi,” kata Alex di gedung ACLC KPK Jl Kuningan Persada, Jakarta Selatan, Rabu (18/12/2019).

Dia berharap Presiden Joko Widodo tidak salah menempatkan tokoh yang akan duduk sebagai Dewan Pengawas KPK. Sehingga kata dia, hal itu akan mempermudah dalam melakukan pemberantasan korupsi.

“Harapan presiden kan gitu juga, jelas kok pesan saat melantik kabinet itu apa? Jangan korupsi, artinya komitmen presiden itu yang harus kita pegang. Makanya kalau presiden mengangkat Dewas kita harapkan punya komitmen yang sama dengan presiden untuk memberantas korupsi,” ucapnya.

Soal masuknya nama mantan Hakim Agung Artidjo Alkotsar dalam bursa Dewan Pengawas KPK, ia menilai bahwa Artidjo merupakan sosok yang memiliki komitmen kuat dalam pemberantasan korupsi.

“Kan Pak Artidjo komitmennya tinggi untuk pemberantasan korupsi, baguslah nanti berarti ada tiga hakim kan yang di KPK, ada Pak Nawawi, Saya, Pak Artidjo. Artinya pengawasannya lebih bagus, kita lebih hati-hati,” ucapnya.

Kemudian soal eks Ketua KPK, Taufiequerachman Ruki, Alex menilai Ruki sudah sangat paham mengenai cara kerja KPK karena dua kali menjabat pimpinan. Menurutnya, jika Ruki nantinya terpilih, proses pengawasan di KPK akan sangat efektif.

“Pak Ruki kan mantan pimpinan KPK 2 kali. Yang pertama dan jilid 3.5 pasti dia paham proses bisnis di KPK. Jadi, ketika ada sesuatu yang berlebihan, pasti dia paham, ingatkan dong ini sudah keluar jalur. Itu kan pengawasan Dewan Pengawas itu kan salah satu fungsinya kan itu. Kalau ada pimpinan yang sudah mulai melenceng-melenceng yang ada indikasi melanggar kode etik ingatkan dong. Kan nanti pelanggaran etik pegawai dan pimpinan kan yang memproses Dewas,” tuturnya.

Untuk diketahui, Presiden Jokowi akan melantik lima Dewan Pengawas (Dewas) KPK dua hari lagi. Jokowi membocorkan nama-nama yang diusulkan menjadi Dewas KPK. Nama-nama tersebut dari mantan Ketua KPK Taufiequrachman Ruki hingga hakim Albertina Ho. Namun, kata Jokowi, nama-nama itu masih sebatas usulan.

“Ada hakim Albertine Ho, itu tapi belum diputuskan loh ya, Pak Artidjo, saya ingat tapi lupa, dan belum diputuskan,” tambah Jokowi sambil menambahkan nama Ketua KPK jilid 1 Taufiequerachman Ruki juga diusulkan sebagai calon anggota Dewan Pengawas.
