Untuk posisi pimpinan KPK, Agus Rahardjo, Laode M Syarif, Basaria Pandjaitan, dan Saut Situmorang, akan digantikan Firli Bahuri, Lili Pintauli Siregar, Nurul Ghufron, dan Nawawi Pomolango.
