JAKARTA – BERITATERKINI.co.id – Lima pimpinan KPK periode 2019-2023 resmi diambil sumpahnya di Istana Negara, Jumat, (20/12/2019).
Mereka adalah Firli Bahuri, Lili Pantaulu Siregar, Nawawi Pamolango, Nurul Ghufron dan Alexander Marwata.
“Saya bersumpah/berjanji dengan sungguh-sungguh bahwa saya untuk melaksanakan tugas ini, langsung atau tidak langsung, dengan menggunakan nama atau cara apapun juga, tidak memberikan atau menjanjikan sesuatu apapun kepada siapapun juga,” begitu bunyi kutipan sumpah jabatan yang diucapkan secara serentak oleh kelima pimpinan KPK.
“Saya bersumpah/berjanji bahwa saya senantiasa akan menjalankan tugas dan wewenang saya ini dengan sungguh-sungguh, seksama, obyektif, jujur, berani, adil, tidak membeda-bedakan jabatan, suku, agama, ras, gender, dan golongan tertentu dan akan melaksanakan kewajiban saya dengan sebaik-baiknya, serta bertanggung jawab sepenuhnya kepada Tuhan Yang Maha Esa, masyarakat, bangsa, dan negara,” imbuhnya.
Kemudian mereka menandatangani berita acara pengambilan sumpah jabatan.
Selain pimpinan KPK, pengucapan sumpah juga dilakukan oleh Dewan Pengawas KPK. Berikut kelima Dewan Pengawas KPK:
1. Tumpak Hatorangan Panggabean (mantan pimpinan KPK)
2. Harjono (Ketua DKPP)
3. Albertina Ho (hakim)
4. Artidjo Alkostar (mantan hakim agung)
5. Syamsudin Haris (peneliti LIPI)
