Ada hal yang menarik dari acara peringatan Hari Ibu yang dilaksanakan di “Kampung Budaya Jawa” Kampung Ibus, Sei Rampah Kabupaten Serdang Bedagai (Sergai), Minggu (22/12/2019) malam WIB.
Acara yang diinisiasi oleh pengurus Kampung Budaya dan Remaja Masjid setempat itu diwarnai dengan pembacaan puisi dari sejumlah peserta yang membuat suasana khidmat bercampur suka cita membelah keheningan malam. Uniknya, beberapa puisi dibacakan dengan menggunakan bahasa Jawa.
Ketua panitia Mujiono kepada beritaterkini.co.id mengatakan, selain memperingati Hari Ibu, acara ini dimaksudkan dalam rangka mendukung gagasan Bupati Sergai Ir. H. Soekirman terkait kabupaten “Pataya” (Pangan, Pariwisata dan Budaya).
Dikatakannya, kegiatan ini juga diarahkan dalam rangka membangun budaya literasi bagi anak-anak dan masyarakat. “Sebagai kampung budaya Jawa yang telah ditetapkan pak Bupati, kecakapan literasi masyarakat menjadi bagian yang harus kami tingkatkan,” kata Mujiono.
Selain itu katanya, acara ini juga digelar dalam rangka memperkuat silaturahmi dan kekompakan sesama warga, serta menggali kreatifitas warga khususnya bagi anak-anak dalam merawat nilai-nilai budaya.
Sejumlah puisi dibacakan dengan menggunakan bahasa Jawa oleh anak-anak remaja, diantara oleh Nadia Puspita dan Lilis Pratiwi. Sedangkan beberapa ibu membacakan puisi dengan menggunakan bahasa Indonesia.
Acara juga ditandai dengan pemberian bunga, sungkeman dan ritual membasuh kaki kepada ibu dari anaknya masing-masing. Beberapa peserta terlihat larut dalam keharuan di acara yang digelar di lokasi spot foto di tepian sawah di kampung itu.
