JAKARTA – BERITATERKINI.co.id – Polisi resmi menetapkan Wakil Bupati Buton Utara, Sulawesi Tenggara (Sultra), Ramadio sebagai tersangka kasus pencabulan anak.
“Kita adakan gelar dan menentukan oknum pejabat tersebut menjadi tersangka. SPDP dikirim tanggal 17 Desember 2019 ke jaksa penuntut umum,” ujar Kapolres Muna, AKBP Debby Asri Nugroho, Senin (23/12/2019).
Menurut dia, pencabulan terhadap anak di bawah umur tersebut terjadi selama dua kali pada bulan Juni 2019 lalu.
Korban menurut AKBP Debby mengadu ke orang tua hingga akhirnya melaporkan kasus ini ke Polsek Boneguni pada 26 September 2019.
Dari penyidikan diketahui ada muncikari berninisial L alias T yang menjual korban ke tersangka Wabup Buton Utara.
“Dari saksi korban (dijelaskan) dikasih pengguna Rp 2 juta lalu diambil muncikari Rp 1 juta. Yang kedua, korban diberia Rp 500 ribu, diambil muncikari Rp 200 ribu,” sambung AKBP Debby.
Kasus ini ditangani unit PPA Polres Muna. Surat pemberitahuan dimulainya penyidikan (SPDP) dengan tersangka muncikari L alias T sudah dikirim ke jaksa.
