JAKARTA – BERITATERKINI.co.id – Penyidik Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK), Novel Baswedan enggan memberikan komentar banyak soal penagkapan dua pelaku penyiraman air keras kepada dirinya pada 11 April 2017 silam.
“Saya tentu tidak bisa menilai saat ini, tapi saya sekarang menunggu proses lanjutannya saja,” kata Novel Baswedan.
Namun Novel melihat ada sesuatu yang aneh dalam penangkapan terhadap dua pelaku yang sudah menjadi tersangka tersebut.
“Saya seharusnya mengapresiasi kerja Polri, tapi keterlaluan bila disebut bahwa penyerangan hanya sebagai dendam pribadi sendiri dan tidak terkait dengan hal lain, apakah itu tidak lucu dan aneh?” tambah Novel.
Penyelidikan kasus Novel Baswedan sudah melalui penyelidikan dan penyidikan panjang sejak April 2017. Ada 7 kali olah TKP, ada 37 saksi diperiksa dan beberapa kali tim dibentuk.
Namun, Novel enggan berkomentar lebih jauh mengenai proses tersebut
“Saya tidak akan terlalu banyak berkomentar lagi, nanti penasihat hukum saja yang menyampaikan pernyataan,” ucap Novel.
