JAKARTA – BERITATERKINI.co.id – Badan Pemeriksa Keuangan (BPK) mengaku sudah menyelesaikan audit terhadap nilai kerugian negara dalam kasus pengadaan Quay Container Crane (QCC) di PT Pelindo II yang menjerat RJ Lino.
BPK menargetkan hasil audit sudah bisa dalam waktu dua pekan.
“Kalau untuk yang permintaan dari KPK, maka masih dalam penyusunan laporan. Pemeriksaan sudah selesai dan kemungkinan selesai dalam dua minggu ke depan,” kata Anggota BPK III Achsanul Qosasih, Jumat (03/01/2020).
Selanjutnya kata dia, BPK akan menyerahkan hasil audit ke KPK yang menangani perkara dugaan korupsi tersebut.
“Tunggu saja resminya nanti kita sampaikan ke KPK,” sebutnya.
Sebelumnya, mantan Wakil Ketua KPK Laode M Syarif pernah mengatakan optimistis kasus dugaan korupsi pengadaan tiga unit QCC tahun 2010 yang melibatkan mantan Direktur Utama PT Pelindo II RJ Lino segera dilimpahkan ke pengadilan. Dia menyebut BPK tengah menuntaskan penghitungan taksiran harga QCC dengan cara mempretelinya secara manual.
Syarif menyebut hal itu dilakukan karena pihak China tak kunjung memberikan data kepada KPK terkait harga produk barang yang diduga melalui penunjukan langsung tersebut.
“Saya tanya deputi penindakan katanya tidak lama lagi. BPK telah menerjunkan tim ke sejumlah lokasi untuk menghitung secara manual,” kata Wakil Ketua KPK Laode M. Syarif seperti dilansir detikcom.
RJ Lino yang merupakan mantan Dirut PT Pelindo II yang ditetapkan KPK sebagai tersangka pada 2015. Lino diduga menyalahgunakan wewenang untuk memperkaya diri sendiri dan orang lain atau korporasi dalam pengadaan 3 unit QCC pada 2010.
Lino juga diduga menyalahgunakan kewenangannya dengan memerintahkan penunjukan langsung kepada perusahaan asal China untuk pengadaan 3 QCC tersebut. Pada saat itu, Lino menjabat Direktur Utama PT Pelindo II.
Kerugian negara dalam kasus ini disebut mencapai Rp 60 miliar. KPK pun sempat memeriksa RJ Lino pada 5 Februari 2016. Sejak ditetapkan sebagai tersangka, Lino belum ditahan KPK sampai saat ini.
