JAKARTA – BERITATERKINI.co.id – Ketua Badan Pemeriksa Keuangan (BPK), Agung Firman Sampurna mengatakan besok pihaknya akan mengumumkan hasil audit terhadap PT Asuransi Jiwasraya (Persero).
Menurutnya, pemeriksaan terhadap Jiwasraya tidak hanya dari sisi laporan keuangan saja, tetapi secara keseluruhan.
“Ini kasus kompleks sekali lebih dari yang sudah dijelaskan dan dibayangkan,” ujar Agung di Kantor BPK, Senin (06/01/2020).
Besok lanjutnya, BPK bersama Kejaksaan Agung (Kejagung) akan mengumumkan secara komplek kepada publik.
“Kami bekerja sama dengan Kejaksaan Agung soal hal ini. Kami juga sedang hitung potensial kerugian negaranya. Semua akan kami paparkan pada Rabu besok,” ujar Agung.
Agung juga berujar salah satu penyebab kasus Jiwasraya gagal bayar polis adalah tidak adanya risk manajemen dalam tubuh perusahaan. Padahal, menurut Agung untuk bisa membuat perusahaan memiliki kinerja yang baik mestinya ada risk manajemen.
Agung menjelaskan, BPK sendiri saat ini sudah ada program risk assesment yang membuat BPK memantau resiko apa saja yang bisa terjadi pada kementerian atau lembaga terkait keputusan manajemen dan bisnis.
“Kasus jiwasraya selain kasus pidana dan kriminal. Ada masalah di dalamnya, Ada kasus terkait risk management. Betapa pentingnya ini sebagai pedoman dan menjaga penjaga kita dalam mengelola keuangan negara. Kami ada program penguatan risk assement,” ujar Agung.
Ia menjelaskan risk assesment ini nantinya bisa memberikan rambu rambu kepada kementerian dan lembaga atas keputusan bisnisnya. Jika memang berpotensi membuat kerugian maka BPK bisa memberikan alaram terlebih dahulu sehingga tidak menjadi temuan di kemudian hari.
“Itu yang penting untuk risk assement. Bisnis matrik resiko bisnis, itu adalah satu informasi kondisi yang bersiko signifikan dan berpotensi gagal mencapai tujuan. Lalu, itu berimplikasi pada bruuknya manjemen. Perubahan kebijakan, aturan perundangan yang berubah ubah, sebagian pimpinan baru kadang mengubah kebjakan. Perubahan ini memiliki resiko,” ujar Agung.
