JAKARTA – BERITATERKINI.co.id – Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK) resmi menetapkan Komisoner KPU, Wahyu Setiawan sebagai tersangka kasus dugaan suap penetapan anggota DPR terpilih 2019-2024.
“Sejalan dengan penyidikan tersebut, KPK menetapkan 4 orang tersangka,” ucap Wakil Ketua KPK Lili Pintauli Siregar dalam konferensi pers di kantornya, Jalan Kuningan Persada, Jakarta Selatan, Kamis (09/01/2020).
KPK juga menetapkan Agustiani Tio Fridelina yang merupakan kepercayaan Wahyu Setiawan sebagai tersangka.
Sedangkan pihak pemberi suap adalah Harun Masiku, calon anggota legislatif (caleg) dari PDIP, dan Saeful sebagai dari pihak swasta.
Wahyu dan Agustiani disangkakan melanggar Pasal 12 ayat (1) huruf a atau b atau Pasal 11 Undang-Undang Nomor 31 Tahun 1999 sebagaimana telah diubah dengan Undang-Undang Nomor 20 Tahun 2001 tentang Pemberantasan Tindak Pidana Korupsi juncto Pasal 55 ayat (1) ke-1 KUHP.
Sedangkan Harun dan Saeful dijerat melanggar Pasal 5 ayat 1 huruf a atau b atau Pasal 13 Undang-Undang Nomor 31 Tahun 1999 sebagaimana telah diubah dengan Undang-Undang Nomor 20 Tahun 2001 tentang Pemberantasan Tindak Pidana Korupsi juncto Pasal 55 ayat (1) ke-1 KUHP.
Pemberian suap diberikan agar Wahyu Setiawan membantu Harun dalam Pergantian Antar Waktu (PAW) caleg DPR terpilih dari Fraksi PDIP yang meninggal dunia yaitu Nazarudin Kiemas pada Maret 2019.
Namun dalam pleno KPU pengganti Nazarudin adalah caleg lainnya atas nama Riezky Aprilia.
