Disebut ‘Lari’ dari Kejaran Tim KPK, Ini Kata Sekjen PDIP

JAKARTA – BERITATERKINI.co.id – Sekjen PDI Perjuangan, Hasto Kristiyanto membantah dirinya ada di Kompleks Perguruan Tinggi Ilmu Kepolisian (PTIK) saat tim dari Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK) mendatangi lokasi tersebut.

“Disebut-sebut saya berada di PTIK, teman-teman tahu ini rapat kerja nasional dan HUT partai memerlukan sebuah konsentrasi kami mempersiapkan dengan matang sehingga minggu-minggu terakhir bahkan bulan-bulan terakhir energi dan pikiran saya fokus di dalam pelaksanaan rakernas dan teman-teman bisa lihat hasilnya, bisa lihat bagaimana jalan kejayaan bagi Indonesia Raya kita,” ujar Hasto di JIEXpo, Kemayoran, Jakarta Pusat, Jumat (10/01/2020).

Ia mengaku sejak kemarin sedang sibuk mempersiapkan Rakernas PDI Perjuangan yang dilaksanakan hari ini.

“Saya sejak kemarin mempersiapkan seluruh penyelenggaraan rapat kerja nasional ini karena kami berkeinginan bahwa partai tidak hanya berbicara tentang kekuasaan tapi sebagaimana disampaikan Ibu Mega, partai berbicara tentang sebuah kebijakan melalui peraturan perundang-undangan yang didorong oleh partai khususnya untuk membangun jalan kemakmuran itu,” katanya.

KPK sebelumnya menjelaskan mengenai kabar timnya yang tertahan di PTIK untuk melakukan operasi tangkap tangan (OTT). Kabar yang beredar itu menyebutkan tim itu akan menjerat Sekjen PDIP Hasto Kristiyanto terkait OTT terhadap komisioner KPU Wahyu Setiawan.

Dari informasi yang beredar, Hasto berada di PTIK untuk ‘sembunyi’ dari kejaran tim KPK. Namun KPK menyebut ada kesalahpahaman.

“Saya sudah jelaskan tadi ke pimpinan karena hanya kesalahpahaman saja. Jadi memang saat itu petugas kami ada di sana (PTIK) untuk melaksanakan di masjid, salat. Kemudian di sana ada pengamanan sterilisasi tempat,” kata Plt Juru Bicara KPK Ali Fikri di kantornya, Jalan Kuningan Persada, Jakarta Selatan, Kamis (09/01/2019).
