JAKARTA – BERITATERKINI.co.id – Menko Polhukam Mahfud MD mengatakan bahwa ada kasus korupsi yang terjadi di PT Asuransi Sosial Angkatan Bersenjata Republik Indonesia alias Asabri (Persero) dalam jumlah yang sangat besar.
Bahkan kata eks Ketua MK tersebut, dugaan korupsinya mencapai Rp10 triliun lebih.
“Ya saya mendengar ada isu korupsi di Asabri yang mungkin itu tidak kalah fantastisnya dengan kasus Jiwasraya, di atas Rp10 triliun,” kata Mahfud saat ditemui di kantornya, di Jalan Medan Merdeka Barat, Jakarta Pusat, Jumat, (10/01/2020).
Ia meminta agar aparat penegak hukum bisa menindaklanjuti perkara korupsi tersebut.
“Nah kalau iya (ada korupsi), jangan didiamkan. Mari kita giring ke proses hukum, dan supaya diungkap ya,” kata Mahfud.
PT Asabri merupakan BUMN yang bergerak di bidang Asuransi Sosial dan pembayaran pensiun, khusus untuk prajurit TNI, anggota Polri, PNS Kementerian Pertahanan Republik Indonesia dan Polri. Mahfud menyebut saat dibuat, perusahaan asuransi ini ditujukan untuk membantu pegawai kecil di lembaga-lembaga tersebut.
“Tidak boleh berkorupsi untuk orang-orang kecil, untuk prajurit, tentara yang bekerja mati-matian, meninggalkan tempat lama-lama, sesudah masa pensiun disengsarakan. Itu kan haknya prajurit,” kata Mahfud.
Belakangan, sempat mencuat kabar bahwa portofolio saham yang dimiliki mereka rontok hingga lebih dari 90 persen sepanjang 2019.
Dari keterbukaan informasi diketahui ada 14 saham yang masuk ke dalam portofolio Asabri. Namun, Asabri melepas seluruh investasinya di PT Pool Advista Finance Tbk. (POOL) pada Desember 2019.
