Selain Agus, Idham menunjuk Refly Harun sebagai Penasihat Ahli Kapolri Bidang Tata Negara, Rustika Herlambang sebagai Penasihat Ahli Kapolri Bidang Media Sosial.
Kemudian, Ifdal Kasim sebagai Penasihat Ahli Kapolri Bidang Hak Asasi Manusia, Wildan Syafitri sebagai Penasihat Ahli Kapolri Bidang Ekonomi, serta Andy Soebjakto Molanggato sebagai Penasihat Ahli Kapolri Bidang Pergerakan Kepemudaan.
Lalu, Sisno Adiwinoto sebagai Penasihat Ahli Bidang Ilmu Kepolisian, Adi Indrayanto menjabat Penasihat Ahli Kapolri Bidang Informasi Teknologi, dan Fahmi Alamsyah sebagai Penasihat Ahli Kapolri Bidang Komunikasi Publik.
