Lampung, BERITATERKINI.CO.ID | Gubernur Lampung Arinal Djunaidi melantik dan mengambil sumpah jabatan Saply TH sebagai Bupati Mesuji Sisa Masa Jabatan 2017-2022, di Balai Keratun Lt. III, Komplek Kantor Gubernur, Bandarlampung, Selasa (4/2/2020).

Pada kesempatan itu, Gubernur berpesan agar Bupati Saply dapat meningkatkan percepatan akselerasi pembangunan Kabupaten Mesuji dengan mengembangkan potensi yang dimiliki. “Sebab kesinambungan pembangunan di Kabupaten Mesuji membutuhkan percepatan akselerasi pembangunan, dan dengan potensi yang dimiliki Kabupaten Mesuji diharapkan mampu menangkap peluang investasi yang besar,” ujar Gubernur.

Pemerintah Provinsi Lampung sendiri, lanjut Gubernur, terus melakukan percepatan pembangunan di berbagai sektor, yang semuanya membutuhkan dukungan semua pihak termasuk Kabupaten Mesuji dengan potensi yang dimiliki.

“Mesuji juga menjadi salah satu prioritas di masa mendatang, terutama pengembangan potensi perikanan air tawar di sungai Mesuji seperti upaya pengembalian ikan belida, ikan jelabat, dan ikan baung,” jelasnya.

Gubernur Arinal juga meminta Bupati Saply melaksanakan tugas dengan baik sesuai visi, misi dan program yang telah disepakati dengan DPRD, dan mengoptimalkan tugas, di antaranya segera mengambil langkah-langkah meningkatkan Indeks Pembangunan Manusia (IPM) dengan upaya memberikan pelayanan publik yang efektif dan efisien. Selain itu, meningkatkan pelayanan publik yang menjadi urusan daerah sesuai standar pelayanan minimal yang telah ditetapkan oleh Kementerian dan Lembaga Non Kementerian. Juga menjalin kerja sama daerah, baik antar daerah, regional, dan internasional guna meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat dan percepatan pemenuhan pelayanan publik.

“Kemudian, menerapkan tata pemerintahan yang bersih dan baik dengan melakukan konsolidasi internal dan eksternal sesuai urusan pemerintahan yang menjadi kewenangannya; Berkoordinasi dengan Forkopimda terkait penyelenggaraan pemerintahan daerah dalam penyelenggaraan pemerintahan harus berpedoman asaz 5T yaitu tepat sasaran, tepat guna, tepat aturan, tepat tujuan, dan tepat hasil,” ujar Gubernur Arinal.

Gubernur Arinal mengimbau kepada anggota Forkopimda, Ketua dan Wakil Ketua DPRD, Sekretaris Kabupaten, Kepala OPD, Tokoh Agama, Tokoh Masyarakat, Tokoh Adat dan seluruh lapisan masyarakat Kabupaten Mesuji untuk mendukung Bupati Mesuji.

“Saya yakin dan percaya dengan semangat serta kerjasama yang terjalin dengan baik antara pemerintah, masyarakat dan stakeholder terkait, Kabupaten Mesuji mampu meningkatkan roda perekonomian di segala bidang, yang pada gilirannya mampu mensejahterakan masyarakat,” ujar Arinal.

Gubernur juga berharap Bupati Saply mampu melakukan upaya-upaya sehingga tidak ada lagi masalah konflik di Register 45 Mesuji.

Pelantikan Saply berdasarkan Surat Keputusan Menteri Dalam Negeri RI Nomor: 131.18-99 Tahun 2020, tanggal 20 Januari 2020 tentang Pengesahan Pengangkatan Bupati dan Pengesahan Pemberhentian Wakil Bupati Mesuji Provinsi Lampung.

Gubernur Arinal menjelaskan pelantikan ini telah melalui mekanisme dan prosedur sesuai peraturan dan ketentuan yang berlaku, sehingga telah legitimate dan konstitusional. “Mengingat negara kita adalah negara hukum, sehingga keputusan berkaitan dengan penetapan tersebut harus kita hormati dan terima secara arif dan bijaksana. Dengan pelantikan ini, marilah kita jadikan sebagai tonggak dalam memacu pertumbuhan ekonomi dan pembangunan di Kabupaten Mesuji,” jelas Gubernur Arinal.

Dengan dilantiknya Saply sebagai Bupati Mesuji, jelas Gubernur Arinal, diharapkan pelaksanaan pembangunan di Kabupaten Mesuji dapat berjalan dengan lancar sesuai dengan agenda yang telah ditetapkan. /BRT
