Menko Perekonomian: Pemerintah Harus Jaga Ketersediaan Barang yang ada Ketergantungan Dari Wuhan

Jakarta, BERITATERKINI.CO.ID | Menko Perekonomian menjawab pertanyaan wartawan di Halaman Kantor Presiden, Provinsi DKI Jakarta, Senin (2/3).
Menteri Koordinator (Menko) Bidang Perekonomian, Airlangga Hartarto, menyampaikan bahwa Pemerintah harus menjaga ketersediaan barang yang sekarang ini punya ketergantungan dari Wuhan, Hubei seperti industri-industri elektronik dan farmasi, dicari alternatif impor lain dari mana.
”Nah, tentunya atau value chain-nya didorong atau kapasitas yang ada bisa kita tingkatkan saat sekarang. Jadi, ini ada kesempatan juga kalau manufaktur,” ujar Menko Airlangga di Halaman Kantor Presiden, Provinsi DKI Jakarta, Senin (2/3).
Purchasing Managers Index (PMI) di China, menurut Menko Perekonomian, turun 3,51 yang artinya industri hampir berhenti, sehingga sektor-sektor seperti elektronik, bahan baku farmasi, dan bahan baku tekstil maupun baja perlu diperhatikan.
”Kalau Indonesia sendiri PMI nya sedang bagus 51,9. Sehingga tentu momentum ini harus didorong dan salah satunya adalah kemudahan untuk ekspor maupun impor.
Jadi, termasuk integrasi daripada sistem di Bea Cukai, di Perhubungan sehingga eksportir dipermudah,” tambah Menko Airlangga.
Demikian halnya, lanjut Airlangga, kemudahan juga didapatkan saat mengeluarkan surat keterangan asal ataupun Health Certificate yang diadakan di tempat komoditas tersebut diekspor dan itu didorong oleh pemerintah.
”Jangan sampai ada persoalan impor jadi persoalan, apalagi tadi Menteri Keuangan menyampaikan ada 500 perusahaan yang terkait dengan manufaktur sudah dianggap sebagai importir yang baik.
Jadi, kalau importir yang baik diharapkan dipermudah tidak perlu ada lagi larangan dan/atau pembatasan (lartas).
Saat ini, menurut Airlangga, Pemerintah masih mengevaluasi, termasuk menyiapkan kebijakan-kebijakan untuk sektor riil. Komoditas yang saat ini, menurut Menko Perekonomian, yakni otomotif, elektronik, farmasi, kemudian untuk tekstil, clothing, garment, termasuk barang modal.
Pada kesempatan itu, Airlangga menyampaikan bahwa tidak akan ada kebijakan menyetop impor dari Wuhan karena ini transmisi barang, hambatan yang ad karena tidak lagi berproduksi karena PMI mereka 35,1.
”Nah, sedangkan Indonesia kan PMI nya lagi bagus 51,9. Nah, selain itu, juga kita dorong supaya barang-barang tertentu yang terkait dengan konsumsi juga dipermudah.
Karena makanan dan minuman kan akan berpengaruh terhadap inflasi,” imbuh Menko Perekonomian.
Jadi, menurut Menko Perekonomian, perlu dilihat inflasi di bulan ini makanan minuman naik tentu akan ditekan supaya menjelang lebaran nanti sudah terkendali.
Nilai impor lain yang harus dialihkan, menurut Menko Perekonomian, misalnya sektor baja sekitar satu billion kemudian ada sektor elektronik mendekati 2 billion, per komoditas. /BRT
