DELISERDANG – BERITATERKINI.co.id – Wakil Gubernur (Wagub) Sumatera Utara (Sumut) Musa Rajekshah meninjau persiapan Rumah Sakit dr GL Tobing PTPN II Tanjung Morawa, Kabupaten Deliserdang, sebagai sarana utama penanganan pasien dalam pengawasan (PDP) Covid-19 yang akan dirawat, Jumat (20/3). Hal ini dilakukan untuk memastikan penanganan pasien Covid-19 berjalan dengan baik dan sesuai prosedur yang ditetapkan.
Sebelum meninjau sejumlah lokasi yang akan disiapkan untuk proses evakuasi dan isolasi, Wagub menggelar diskusi terkait perkembangan terkini serta langkah terbaru mengantisipasi penyebaran virus Covid-19 di ruang Kepala RS GL Tobing, setelah ada dua orang PDP yang kemudian dinyatakan positif Covid-19, dimana satu telah meninggal dunia.
Dalam diskusi itu, Wagub meminta agar seluruh upaya penanganan masalah Covid-19 ini benar-benar melibatkan seluruh pihak terkait sesuai tugas pokok dan fungsi masing-masing, sehingga tidak ada waktu lagi untuk terlalu banyak pertimbangan yang tidak substansial seperti komunikasi serta kerja sama antara instansi yang tergabung dalam tim Pelaksana Gugus Tugas Penanganan Covid-19 Provinsi Sumut.
“Dalam tim ini kan ada juga pihak TNI/Polri. Untuk masyarakat yang dimaksud (ODP), silakan libatkan (Polisi) untuk bisa menjemput mereka. Tidak bisa kita berpikir mau diusahakan dulu, kalau tidak mampu baru minta tolong. Kita ini bicara waktu, ini kerja tim,” ujar Wagub terkait upaya penjemputan sejumlah masyarakat yang diidentifikasi memiliki riwayat perjalanan ke luar negeri.
Dengan pendataan yang baik, lanjut Wagub, Ketua Tim Pelaksana Gugus Tugas Penanganan Covid-19 Provinsi Sumatera Utara Riadil Akhir Lubis diminta untuk berkoordinasi secepatnya kepada kepolisian guna mengambil langkah penjemputan untuk membawa sejumlah orang dalam pemantauan (ODP) dan diberikan pemeriksaan segera di RS Sari Mutiara Medan sebagai rujukannya.
“Tetap laporan harian ke Pak Gubernur. Mudah-mudahan persiapan ini seperti apa yang kita harapkan, (Covid-19) tidak menyebar dan mengorbankan masyarakat. Jadi petugas harus tegas dalam penjemputan,” jelas Wagub.
Sementara Ketua Tim Pelaksana Gugus Tugas Penanganan Covid-19 Sumut Riadil Akhir Lubis menyebutkan bahwa saat ini RS GL Tobing yang dipimpin Direkturnya Novi Fitriani memiliki fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan sebanyak 19 kamar yang akan dijadikan ruang isolasi. Ditambah lagi ada sejumlah ruang bangsal yang dibangun sekat untuk menambah kapasitas penanganan pasien nantinya.
“Untuk tim medis menambah kekuatan sumber daya manusia (SDM) dan perlengkapan kebutuhan medisnya. Kita juga dibantu TNI/Polri untuk menyiapkan fasilitas ini,” sebutnya.
Koordinator Lapangan untuk fasilitas penanganan Covid-19 Mayor Handoyo menegaskan, bahwa dirinya bersama tim medis dr Restuti Saragih akan memastikan seluruh standarisasi fasilitas dan penanganan PDP di RS rujukan utama berjalan sesuai prosedur.
“Kita bahu membahu, termasuk mengkoordinir piket jaga. Alur masuk juga sudah dibuat dan disiapkan kartu nama. Jadi siapapun nanti tidak diperkenankan masuk (tanpa tanda pengenal),” tegas Handoyo yang meyakinkan bahwa wabah ini juga harus dilawan dengan sistem isolasi yang ketat dan terukur.
Bahkan sebelum kedatangan Wakil Gubernur di lokasi, dirinya sempat mengingatkan agar seluruh standar kesehatan, kebersihan dan segala yang diperlukan harus benar-benar dipastikan. Sehingga RS GL Tobing yang akan menjadi posko evakuasi utama setelah RSUP H Adam Malik.
Hadir juga dalam peninjauan tersebut Dirut PTPN II Iswan Achir, Kadis Kesehatan Sumut Alwi Mujahit dan Anggota DPRD Sumut Zeira Salim Ritonga.
