Banyak pembeli dan pemesan produk hortikultura seperti buah, sayur dan bunga yang membatalkan pesanannya. Ini imbas dari menurunnya pengunjung hotel dan restoran turun. Termasuk dibatalkannya sejumlah resepsi, pertemuan, dan acara-acara keramaian.
Terkait hal ini, Kementerian Pertanian langsung mengambil sejumlah langkah, utamanya untuk memfasilitasi para suplier atau pedagang komoditas hortikultura. Hal ini sesuai arahan Menteri Pertanian untuk senantiasa menggandeng para pelaku usaha pertanian berbasis Teknologi Informasi /IT dalam
Direktur Pengolahan, Pemasaran Hasil Hortikuktura Kementan, Taufik Yazid mengatakan, salah satu upaya yang dilakukannya adalah dengan menggandeng startup yang bergerak di bidang penjualan online. Hal ini sebagaimana arahan Menteri Pertanian Syahrul Yasin Limpo. SYL meminta Kementeriannya menggandeng para pelaku usaha rintisan berbasis IT untuk proses pemasaran hasil produksi nya
“Ada Sayur Box, Tani Hub, Kedai Sayur, serta beberapa retail. Ini bertujuan untuk menyelamatkan produk hortikultura tersebut,” ujar Yazid melalui keterangan tertulisnya, Kamis (26/3).
Dia mengaku sempat mendengar ihwal
beredarnya foto tumpukan produk hortikultura yakni kentang, wortel, dan sayuran lainnya yang terancam harus dibuang karena tidak jadi dibeli oleh pemesannya.
“Alhamdulillah setelah komunikasi dengan beberapa pihak siang ini semua produk horti yang tadinya akan dibuang, sudah habis terjual,” beber Taufik.
Hal yang sama diutarakan CEO Kedaisayur, Ahmad Supriyadi. Begitu tahu kabar terkait foto itu, Ahmad mengaku langsung mengontak kolega ya.
“Kami langsung menghubungi Pak Ade tapi ternyata produk mereka sudah habis terjual bu. Kedai sayur tidak kebagian,” tambah Ahmad.
Adapun Yazid berterimakasih atas partisipasi dan niat baik dari Kedai Sayur dan semua pihak yang sudah membantu.
“Yakinlah Kita bisa melalui krisis ini dengan kekompakan dan kebersamaan, saling membantu dan peduli,” tutup dia. /beritaterkini.
