DPR-RI AKAN SAHKAN RUU PEMASYARAKATAN DAN RKUHP

JAKARTA, BERITATERKINI.CO.ID |Revisi Kitab Undang-undang Hukum Pidana (RKUHP) dan RUU PAS yang dilanjutkan dari periode sebelumnya kembali dibahas di DPR.

Wakil Ketua Komisi III DPR Azis Syamsuddin, mengatakan Komisi III DPR telah melaporkan kedua RUU akan diselesaikan dan disahkan pekan depan.

“Persetujuan terhadap tindak lanjut pembahasan RUU Pemasyarakatan dan RKUHP, kami telah menerima dan berkoordinasi dengan pimpinan Komisi III dan kami menunggu tindak lanjut dari pimpinan Komisi III yang meminta waktu satu pekan dalam rangka pengesahan untuk dibawa ke Keputusan Tingkat II,” kata Wakil Ketua DPR Azis Syamsuddin dalam rapat paripurna di kompleks parlemen, Senayan, Jakarta, Kamis (2/4/2020).

Berikutnya, draf omnibus law RUU Cipta Kerja dipastikan segera dibahas. Rapat paripurna menyepakati pembahasan draf RUU Cipta Kerja dilanjutkan oleh Badan Legislasi (Baleg).

“Surat Presiden tanggal 7 Februari berkenaan RUU tentang Cipta Kerja yang telah dibawa dalam rapat konsultasi pengganti Badan Musyawarah dan telah disepakati untuk diserahkan kepada Badan Legislasi,” ujarnya.

Selanjutnya, rapat paripurna juga menyepakati Peraturan Pemerintah Pengganti Undang-undang (Perppu) tentang Kebijakan Keuangan Negara dan Stabilitas Sistem Keuangan. Perppu selanjutnya dibahas di Badan Anggaran (Banggar) DPR.

Perppu tersebut diterbitkan untuk menangani virus corona dan dampaknya terhadap ekonomi. Presiden Joko Widowo, lewat perppu Nomor 1 Tahun 2020 itu, menginstruksikan agar ada tambahan belanja dan pembiayaan APBN 2020 sebesar Rp 405,1 triliun.

“Secara seremonial telah kami terima, walaupun surat tertulis telah kami terima kemarin, yaitu RUU tentang Perppu Nomor 1 Tahun 2020 tentang Kebijakan Keuangan Negara dan Stabilitas Sistem Keuangan untuk penanganan Covid-19,” ujar Azis.

Bersamaan dengan itu, DPR menyepakati Rancangan Peraturan DPR tentang Pembentukan Undang-Undang. Salah satu isi tata tertib itu mengenai rapat virtual dalam pembahasan RUU.

Mengenai kelanjutan RKUHP dan RUU Pemasyarakatan, Komisi III sebelumnya telah menggelar rapat bersama Menteri Hukum dan HAM Yasonna Laoly. /jarrakpossulawesi/beritaterkini.
