Husni Zen melalui kuasa Hukum Cahya Wulandari, S. H, M. Hum mengatakan hari ini kita bersama PN Kayu Agung untuk melihat Objek yang menjadi sengketa tanah terhadap Klain kami, hari ini Klain telah menunjukan batas batas wilayah sesuai dengan sertifikat kepemilikan tanah dan rumah tersebut di kuasai oleh klain sesuai fakta persidangan lapangan hari ini, “katanya.
Sesuai sertifikat yang kami miliki terbagi 3 surat sertifikat pertama seluas 19.110 meter persegi,kedua seluas 11.410 meter persegi,sertifikat ke tiga 15.075 meter persegi tootal seluruhnya 4 ha lebih,”ungkapnya.
Sertifikat yang di miliki Klain kami tahun 2001 dan 1998, serta 2001 dan 2014 tidak sama tahun nya berbeda beda tahun sertifikat nya,”ujarnya.
Sidang lapangan tersebut di pimpin oleh Hakim ketua PN Kayu Agung Tira dan Nadia,Monica anggota majelis tidak mau memberikan keterangan usai sidang lapangan tersebut. (DN/RZP
