Pemerintah Tambah Jumlah Penerima dan Besaran Kartu Sembako Dengan Tambahan Manfaat Menjadi 200 Ribu/Bulan
JAKARTA, BERITATERKINI.CO.ID |Kartu Sembako Murah Pemerintah menambah bantuan sosial (bansos) berupa Program Kartu Sembako untuk masyarakat lapis bawah yang terkena dampak ekonomi akibat Virus Korona (Covid-19).
Hal tersebut disampaikan Direktur Jenderal Anggaran (DJA) Askolani, pada Rabu (8/4) di Jakarta, dalam video conference bersama Direktur Jenderal Perbendaharaan (Dirjen Perbendaharaan) Andin Hadiyanto dan Direktur Jenderal Perimbangan Keuangan (Dirjen PK) Prima Astera tentang bantuan sosial.
Askolani menyampaikan bahwa Program Kartu Sembako dialokasikan untuk 20 juta penerima meningkat dari sebelumnya untuk 15,2 juta penerima existing dengan besaran Rp150 ribu/bulan (Januari-Februari).
Ia menambahkan bahwa saat ini, ada penambahan 4,8 juta penerima tambahan dengan besaran Rp200 ribu/bulan mulai Maret-Desember 2020 sehingga dengan penambahan ini, total anggaran sebesar Rp43,6 triliun dari sebelumnya Rp28,08 triliun.
“Program Kartu Sembako akan ada tambahan manfaat kepada 15,2 juta penerima kartu sembako sebesar Rp50.000 perbulan. Dari 150.000 menjadi Rp200.000 per bulan untuk 6 bulan.
Kemudian, kebijakan ini di-expand pemerintah bukan hanya 6 bulan tetapi menjadi 9 bulan,” kata Dirjen Anggaran.
Artinya, Askolani menjelaskan bahwa sampai dengan penghujung tahun 2020 diberikan manfaat tambahan menjadi Rp200.000.
”Itu untuk 15,2 juta penerima manfaat yang kemudian ditambahkan lagi 4,8 juta penerima manfaat tambahan sehingga total penerima manfaat menjadi 20 juta keluarga yang akan mendapatkan manfaat sampai dengan bulan Desember 2020,” kata Dirjen Anggaran.
Dirjen Perbendaharaan Andin Hadiyanto menambahkan, bantuan tersebut disalurkan secara non tunai dengan menggunakan sistem perbankan.
Ia harapkan, bantuan ini dapat digunakan untuk memperoleh kebutuhan pokok yang bernutrisi.
”Bantuan ini akan bisa meng-cover sampai 25% kebutuhan pokok masyarakat golongan menengah ke bawah,” harap Dirjen Anggaran. /Red-beritaterkini
