SMK Swasta Anugerah Kabupaten Dairi, Sumut, selalu memastikan siswanya belajar dari rumah akibat dari wabah pandemi Covid-19.
Hal ini disampaikan oleh Mesra Pitri Bako Kepala Sekolah SMK Anugerah kepada awak media pada Sabtu (11/4/2020).
“Sejak diterbitkannya surat edaran dari Dinas Pendidikan Provinsi terkait siswa belajar di rumah dalam rangka penanggulangan wabah Covid-19, SMK Anugerah sudah berkomitmen untuk memastikan siswanya belajar dari rumah”, ungkap Mesra Pikir Bako sang kepsek.
“Guru di SMK Anugerah melakukan pembelajaran dengan dua metode pendekatan. Bagi siswa yang memiliki android dan akses internetnya bagus di tempat tinggalnya, guru menggunakan pembelajaran daring dengan memanfaatkan aplikasi whats up dan class room. Sedangkan bagi siswa yang tak memiliki android dan tinggal di pelosok desa yg tak ada sinyal, guru menggunakan pembelajaran manual dengan memberikan tugas dan membaca buku-buku-buku paket di rumahnya”, ungkap kepsek nya lagi.
Kepsek juga meminta para orang tua untuk membantu dan mendampingi anaknya untuk dapat belajar di rumah. Walaupun banyak siswanya berasal dari pelosok desa di Kabupaten Dairi, namun guru-guru tetap memastikan mereka wajib belajar dari rumah.
SMK Anugerah merupakan sekolah swasta yang terletak di Kecamatan Sitinjo, Kabupaten Dairi, Sumatera Utara. Sekolah ini sejak dicanangkannya kebijakan merdeka belajar sudah menindaklanjutinya dalam berbagai program dan kegiatan sekolah.
