Firman,STIHPADA Menyambut Baik Permendikbudristek Untuk Pencegahan Kasus Seksual Di Perguruan Tinggi
PALEMBANG –Berita Terkini.Co.Id Peraturan Menteri Pendidikan Kebudayaan Riset dan Teknologi (Permendikbudristek) Nomor 30 Tahun 2021 tentang Pencegahan dan Penanganan Kekerasan Seksual (PPKS) di Perguruan Tinggi, belum lama ini dikeluarkan.
Peraturan tersebut dikeluarkan oleh Kementerian Pendidikan Kebudayaan Riset dan Teknologi (Kemendikbudristek) sebagai landasan yuridis citivas dalam pencegahan dan penanganan kasus kekerasan seksual, yang kini telah menjadi bahan perbicangan bahkan sempat viral di beberapa media sosial.
Ketua Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Hukum Sumpah Pemuda (STIHPADA) Dr.H.Firman Fready Busroh S.H.,M.Hum.,C.T.L.menyampaikan bahwa terbitnya Permendikbudristek
Nomor 30 Tahun 2021 itu bermaksud baik antara lain untuk pencegahan terjadi nya kasus- kasus kekerasan maupun pelecehan seksual di kampus,kita perlu menyambut baik dari niat baik Menteri Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan untuk mencegah pelecehan seksual di lingkungan perguruan tinggi, saat di jumpai di ruang kerjanya Kantor STIHPADA jalan Sukabangun 2 Palembang,(17/11/21)
“Yang menjadi ambigu atau multitafsir adanya Frasa persetujuan yang sabagaimana dimaksudkan tercantum pada pasal 5 ayat 2 khususnya pada huruf l dan huruf m. Dalam frasa “tanpa persetujuan korban” di duga mengandung makna persetujuan atau consent,”katanya.
Sebagai akademis melihat sering terjadinya dugaan kasus -kasus pelecehan seksual di kampus sering kali terjadi,namun ini menyangkut nama baik Perguruan Tinggi dengan adanya Permendikbudristek pihak kampus tidak bisa lagi menutupi pelecehan seksual antara dosen dan mahasiswa,mahasiswa dan mahasiswa.ungkapnya
Permendikbudristek ini akan juga akan mempertegas dan memperjelas dari peraturan kampus yang ada,untuk sangsi sangsi apa yang akan di ambil seperti sampai pada sidang kode etik untuk mengambil keputusan seperti pemecatan untuk dosen atau mahasiswa yang terbukti salah,jelasnya.
“Kami menghimbau kepada mahasiswa agar menimba ilmu ya benar – benar melaksanakan proses pembelajaran pendidikan dengan baik, menjauhi hal-hal yang negatif dan hal tidak terpuji,”Pungkasnya. (DN/RZP)
