Penerapan PSBB di Palembang Diundur, Aktivis LAAGI Kritisi Pemerintah

PALEMBANG, WWW.BERITATERKINI.CO.ID |Setelah diterbitkannya Surat Keputusan (SK) Kementerian Kesehatan Nomor HK.01.07/MENKES/307/2020 tentang penerapan Pembatasan Sosial Berskala Besar (PSBB) pada tanggal 12 Mei 2020 yang lalu. Seharusnya Pemerintah Daerah dalam hal ini Pemerintah Kota Palembang sudah dapat menerapkannya namun pada penerapannya diundur menjelang H+2 Hari Raya Idul Fitri.

Menyikapi hal tersebut di atas, Ketua Umum Lintas Antar Generasi Indonesia yakni Bung Sukma Hidayat yang akrab disapa dengan bung sukma angkat bicara mengenai pengunduran jadwal penerapan PSBB di Kota Palembang tersebut, (13/05/2020).

“Pengunduran jadwal penerapan ini dinilai berkesan lucu ketika pengajuan sebuah kebijakan yang diambil oleh pemerintah Kota Palembang dalam penerapan PSBB guna mengatasi penyebaran pandemi covid 19. Namun setelah kebijakan tersebut disetujui oleh Kementerian Kesehatan justru malah pemerintah Kota Palembang malahan mengulur waktu dari keputusan tersebut”, tegas Sukma

Sukma mengungkapkan bahwa seharusnya pemerintah Kota Palembang sebelum mengajukan permohonan penerapan PSBB harus terlebih dahulu melakukan kajian mengenai semua kesiapan terkait PSBB tersebut. Menurutnya, terdapat delapan point penting yang seharusnya dilakukan pemerintah daerah sebelum mengambil kebijakan, sebagai berikut.

“Pertama terlebih dahulu Gubernur mengevaluasi dan meminta laporan sejauh mana penanganan yang sudah dilakukan gugus tugas Kabupaten/Kota., Kedua bentuk tim yang terstruktur, agar manajemen operasional berjalan secara efektif dan efesien., ketiga lengkapi peralatan medis., Keempat, tunjuk beberapa rumah sakit khusus yang benar-benar manangani. Evakuasi pasien untuk pindah ke rumah sakit lain apabila sudah ditetapkan rumah sakit tersebut khusus penanganan., Kelima, blokade beberapa rumah apabila ditemukan pasien yang positif., Keenam , bentuk kesadaran kepada masyarakat bahwa bila terkena wabah Covid 19 bukan sebuah aib,. Ketujuh bagikan ke semua masyarakat Masker dan Hand Sanitizer tiap KK, dan Kedelapan bagikan sembako kepada seluruh masyarakat agar proses pencegahan dapat bejalan maksimal”

”Apa yang dikerjakan saat ini tidak ubahnya seperti Undian Sumbangan Dana Sosial Berhadiah (SDSB) celotehnya pada awak media ini.”

Bung Sukma menjelaskan bahwa kenapa seperti SDSB karena pemerintah hanya bermain dengan angka-angka semata. Sementara, penanganan dalam pencegahan pandemi covid 19 sangatlah minim. Tiap hari hanya melaporkan angka ODP, PDP, terkonfermasi positif bahkan OTG dan tidak kalah pentingnya yakni pelaporan anggaran penanganan.

“Kita berharap agar pemerintah dalam hal ini pemerintah Kota Palembang harus serius dalam penanganan ini, apalagi saat ini sudah permohonan PSBB telah disetujui oleh kementerian kesehatan. Wabah Virus Covid 19 kok seperti bisa diajak bernegosiasi”, tutupnya. /Red-beritaterkini/Danu
