Tengku Erry Nuradi Didampingi Soekirman Temui Para Sesepuh Masyarakat Sergai

SERDANG BEDAGAI – BERITATERKINI.CO.ID – Gubernur Sumatera Utara (Utara) ke-17 yang juga pernah menjabat Bupati Serdang Bedagai (Sergai) dua periode, Dr. Ir. H.T. Erry Nuradi, M.Si “turun gunung” ke Sergai menjumpai sejumlah tokoh penting dan memberikan bantuan, Rabu (13/5/2020).

Pria yang akrab disapa PATEN itu mudik ke Sergai bersama putra sulungnya Tengku Ryan Novandi dan didampingi Bupati Sergai Ir. H. Soekirman yang merupakan pasangan setianya saat menjabat Bupati Sergai.

“Kami mudik ke Sergai dalam rangka bersilaturahmi, menjumpai tokoh dan orang-orang tua kami. Mendengar saran dan masukan mereka untuk kemaslahatan masyarakat Sergai,” ungkap Tengku Erry Nuradi.

Mereka berkeliling di Sergai menyambangi sejumlah tokoh penting di kabupaten berjuluk Tanah Bertuah Negeri Beradat itu, seperti ulama Muhammadiyah H. Tamrin Dalimunte, sesepuh masyarakat Jawa H. Poniman, Eksponen ’66 H. Bahrum Abbas dan H. Kisai Dalimunte, tokoh pemuda Nazaruddin dan tokoh buruh Sergai Sukarman.

Selain bersilaturahmi, Tengku Erry Nuradi juga memohon kepada tokoh-tokoh itu mendoakan putra sulungnya, Tengku Ryan Novandi, agar bisa sukses terjun ke dunia politik.

Terkait pembangunan Sergai sepeninggalnya, Tengku Erry Nuradi menyebut, bahwa Sergai tetap “on the track” sebagaimana cita-cita awal dimekarkannya kabupaten ini dari Deli Serdang.

“Kami bangga kabupaten ini terus memberikan prestasi. Yang terbaru, Pemkab Sergai dibawah kepemimpinan Pak Soekirman berhasil meraih Wajar Tanpa Pengecualian (WTP) dalam hal pengelolaan keuangan dari BPK. Sergai juga berhasil membangun Masjid Agung sebagai ikon dan basis pembinaan umat,” kata Tengku Erry Nuradi.

Ketika ditanya tentang kemungkinan putra sulungnya, Tengku Ryan Novandi, maju sebagai calon Wakil Bupati Sergai mendampingi H. Soekirman, Tengku Erry Nuradi menjawab diplomatis. “Kita tunggu saja tanggal mainnya,” katanya singkat. Sementara Soekirman yang berada disebelahnya hanya senyum-senyum.
