Palembang, beritaterkini.co.id Ketua Umum Dewan Pimpinan Daerah Ikatan Mahasiswa Muhammadiyah Sumatera Selatan, IMMawan Muhammad iqbal, menyesalkan langkah-langkah Gubernur sumatera selatan yang cenderung merugikan dan malah memperburuk keadaan masyarakat Sumatera selatan.

DPD IMM Sumsel Mengadakan Diskusi Online

Sebagai bagian dari agen kontrol sosial, DPD IMM Sumatera Selatan dan Kawan-kawan Cipayung Plus Sumatera Selatan, menggelar diskusi online untuk memberikan masukan dan solusi untuk Gubernur Sumatera Selatan, adapun tema diskusi online kami “Evaluasi Kinerja Pemprov Sumsel terkait penanganan pandemi Covid-19”. Pandemi Covid-19 sejatinya ajang bagi pemimpin memantaskan diri untuk memberikan solusi yang evektif dan kebijakan yang terukur, bukan malah sebaliknya terkesan sebagai pemimpin yang lamban dan tidak terima masukan dari elemen organisasi kepemudaan sumatera selatan.

Kami juga mempersoalkan apakah PSBB itu kewajiban atau seremonial belaka ?.

Terbukti ketika dikeluarkannya surat keputusan menteri kesehatan terkait PSBB Pemerintah provinsi dan pemerintah kabupaten/kota tidak segera melakukan dan menerapkan PSBB untuk daerah yang terdampak covid-19, atau pemerintah cuman igin mengandalkan dana APBD dan bantuan pemerintah pusat agar bisa dipakai untuk mereka sendiri.

Kurang tanggapnya Gubernur Sumatera Selatan dalam hal koordinasi dan kami nilai lamban dalam mengambil kebijakan. Jangan sampai karena gamang gubernur bisa di cap telah melakukan kejahatan kemanusian karena banyaknya korban akibat Corono terus bertambah,” kata Iqbal dalam diskusi on-line tersebut.

“Dari yang kami amati sejauh ini sepertinya koordinasi penanganan pandemi Covid-19 sangat tidak jelas. Terutama antara Pemprov Sumsel dengan kabupaten/kota di yang terkesan berjalan sendiri-sendiri. Terkhusus Gubernur berjalan sendiri dan tidak melibatkan seluruh pihak terkait dalam Penanganan Covid-19. Imbasnya pada angka pasien yang dinyatakan positif Corona terjadi kenaikan yang fantastis terbukti sore ini kita saksikan bertambah sangat banyak yang positif, bahkan Sumsel kini menjadi provinsi dengan angka pasien positif tertinggi di Sumatera,” kata ketum DPD IMM SUMSEL, IMMawan Muhammad Iqbal dalam diskusi online via aplikasi zoom meeting, Jum’at (15/5).

Dengan ketidakmampuan Pemprov Sumsel dalam mengendalikan angka pasien positif Corona ini, kami menilai wajar apabila ada diantara elemen masyarakat tidak percaya apapun kebijakan yang di kelurkan oleh pemerintah provinsi sumatera selatan.

“Sampai hari ini pula terkait penanganan pandemi Gubernur (Sumsel) belum sekalipun memberikan ruang bagi mahasiswa untuk berdiskusi menyampaikan saran dan pendapatnya, Gubernur seperti kebingungan mau melakukan apa dengan kondisi ini, tentu itu menunjukan betapa rendahnya kapasitas beliau sebagai Gubernur Sumsel , akhir-akhir ini kita lihat upaya untuk meniadakan Covid-19 oleh Bapak Gubernur tidak kunjung terlihat, yang Ada upaya Gubernur Sumsel ini seperti pasrah dengan kondisi dan pandemi covid-19” jelas Iqbal.

Ketua DPRD Sumsel, RA Hj Anita Noeringhati yang ikut berpartisipasi pada diskusi tersebut mengaku sejak awal munculnya pandemi ini pihaknya telah melakukan sejumlah langkah-langkah konkret.

Diantaranya melakukan komunikasi dengan kabupaten/kota. Selain itu, juga berkirim surat kepada Gubernur Sumsel pada 16 April meminta untuk dilaksanakan percepatan penanganan pandemi Covid-19.

“Salah satunya meminta pembatasan masuk ke wilayah Sumsel untuk lebih diperketat sehingga transfer pendatang dari daerah di luar Sumsel dapat di eleminir,” kata politisi Partai Golkar ini .

Terkait pelaksanaan PSBB di Palembang dan Prabumulih yang baru akan dilakukan pada H+2 Idul Fitri, Anita yang juga menjabat sebagai Wakil Ketua Gugus tugas penanganan Covid-19 Pemprov Sumsel ini angkat bicara.

“Dalam rapat Pak Gubernur menyampaikan sebelum pemberlakuan PSBB agar terlebih dulu dilakukan persiapan yang matang. Termasuk juga harus di sosialisasikan kepada masyarakat dan mempertimbangkan berbagai aspek baik kesehatan, ekonomi dan keamanannnya,” kata politisi yang juga berlatar belakang sebagai advokat/pengacara.

Senada disampaikan Ketua Fraksi Partai Demokrat Sumsel, MF Ridho,ST,MT yang menyampaikan keprihatinannya atas peningkatan yang luar biasa pasien yang dinyatakan positif Covid-19 di Sumsel.

“Bisa dibayangkan cuma dalam waktu satu bulan seminggu terjadi penambahan pasien positif dari 16 orang menjadi 322 orang. Bahkan, data terkini saat ini jumlahnya yang dinyatakan positif sudah di atas 400 orang,” katanya.

Pengamat Sosial Unsri, Drs Bagindo Togar Butar Butar menyebut krisis pandemi Covid-19 ini sungguh diluar ekspektasi publik karenan selama berdirinya republik ini belum pernah ada krisis yang berkenaan dengan penyebaran virus yang sepelik ini.

“Akhirnya dalam menghadapi pandemi ini ada kesan sepertinya para pemimpin mulai dari level tertinggi hingga ke daerah termasuk gubernur dan bupati walikota gamang, panik bahkan sok tahu hingga membuat kebijakan yang terkesan asal dan diluar nalar,” sebut

Bagindo dalam diskusi yang di moderatori Rio Pratama ini. Selain dari sejumlah OKP dan organisasi kepemudaan dan mahasiswa, diskusi online ini turut dihadiri sejumlah pihak diantaranya Dir Intelkam Polda Sumsel, Kombes Pol Budi, Danrem 044/Gapo dan Kabid Dokkes Polda Sumsel, Kombes Pol dr Syamsul. Sedangkan dari Pemprov Sumsel awalnya dikonfirmasi akan diikuti langsung oleh gubernur Sumsel Herman Deru tidak hadir. (Red/beritaterkini)
