Razak mengungkapkan, berdasarkan hasil investigasi HIMMAH Sumut di sejumlah pasar dan grosir di Kota Medan, harga beberapa jenis sembako yang disampaikan Riadil Akhir Lubis dari Gugus Tugas Covid itu terlalu jauh mark up nya.
Menurutnya, jumlah paket senilai Rp225.000 per paket per KK, sebagaimana yang disampaikan Riadil, seperti beras 10 kg Rp112.000, minyak goreng 2 liter Rp28.000, gula 2 kg Rp37.000 dan mi instan 20 bungkus Rp48.000, dinilai sangat tinggi mark up nya.
Dikatakannya, jika Pemprov Sumut anggarkan pembelian beras itu 10 kg Rp112.000, di pasaran harga beras 10 kg itu hanya Rp106.000, dan itu sudah beras premium.
Lalu minyak goreng, di pasaran itu hanya Rp24.000 untuk 2 liter sementara harga Pemprov Sumut Rp28.000, gula 2 kg di pasaran Rp32.000, Pemprov Sumut pasang harga Rp37.000, sementara mie instan itu harganya paling cuma Rp40.000 untuk 20 bungkus, sementara Pemprovsu pasang harga Rp48.000.
“Ini gila permainan ini, terlalu berani tim pengadaan sembako tim Gugus Tugas Covid bermain ambil keuntungan dari bencana ini,” kata Razak sebagaimana dilansir dari salah satu media.
Menurut Razak, rasanya tidak mungkin jika hanya sekelas Riadil dan Coki Nasution yang bermain ambil keuntungan dibalik musibah ini.
Ia menduga ada kekuatan Gubernur Sumut Edy Rahmayadi dalam mengendalikan pengadaan sembako yang setelah dicek terbukti mark up.
