Polres Badung Berhasil Amankan 25 Tersangka Kasus Narkoba

BADUNG, beritaterkini.co.id | Polres Badung melakukan pengungkapan kasus Narkoba selama periode 6 Juli hingga 5 Agustus 2023 di Halaman Mapolres Badung, Selasa, 8 Agustus 2023.

Diketahui, dalam pengungkapan kasus tesebut terdapat 17 kasus berhasil digagalkan dan terdiri dari 25 tersangka berhasil diamankan oleh kepolisian Resort Badung.

Adapun barang bukti yang berhasil diamankan antara lain pil koplo sebanyak 1.378 butir, Sabu sebanyak 81, 41 gram neto, kemudian untuk tembakau gorila sebanyak 5,5 gram neto.

“Ada 17 kasus. Jadi, terdiri dari 25 tersangka, selanjutnya untuk barang bukti pil koplo sebanyak 1.378, Sabu sebanyak 81, 41 gram netto, gorla sebanyak 5,5 gram netto,” kata AKBP Teguh Priyo Wasono, S.I.K.

Selain itu, AKBP Teguh memaparkan, dari 17 kasus tersebut terdapat 3 kasus dari Polsek Mengwi, dengan modus operandi menyimpan dan menggunakan kemudian mengedar. “Modus operandinya menyimpan, menyimpan, menggunakan,” terangnya.

Dari kasus tersebut, kata AKBP Teguh, mengingat masyarakat agar saling mengingatkan dan saling mengawasi agar terhindar dari konsumsi obat terlarang, seperti Narkoba.

“Berdasarkan data yang ada dalam periode satu bulan saja, kita bisa ungkap kasus 25 tersangka dengan 17 kasus, ini menunjukkan bahwa di Badung ini masih rawan penyalahgunaan Narkoba. Oleh karena itu, kami berhadap, agar saling mengingat dan saling mengawasi sehingga tidak ada lagi kasus serupa,” harapnya.

Pada kesempatan yang sama, Polsek Mengwi berhasil mengungkapkan 3 kasus Narkoba dan 4 tersangka peredaran narkotika berdasarkan laporan dari masyarakat setempat.

Dalam penangkapan para pelaku tersebut, Polsek Mengwi langsung bergerak cepat untuk melakukan penelusuran terhadap pelaku.

Dari hasil penelusuran tersebut, memang benar bahwa yang bersangkutan ada di Wilayah Hukum Polsek Mengwi, sehingga anggota Polsek Mengwi langsung melakukan penggerebekan, yang pada saat itu, para pelaku sedang memakai barang haram tesebut.

“Masyarakat memberikan informasi kepada kami, bahwasanya adanya peredaran narkotika di wilayah kami, sehingga kami memerintahkan kepada anggota kami untuk menindak lanjuti informasi dari masyarakat tersebut, sehingga kami mencari ciri-ciri orang tersebut dan menemukan ciri-ciri orang tersebut ada di wilayah kami, sehingga anggota kami melakukan penggerebekan dan didapatkan ada beberapa pelaku sedang melakukan pemakaian, kemudian anggota kami melakukan interogasi dan pengembangan barang bukti lainnya,” pungkasnya.

Atas perbuatannya, para tersangka dijerat dengan Pasal 112 Ayat 1 Undang-Undang Nomor 35 tahun 2009 tentang Tindak Pidana Narkotika dengan ancaman hukuman penjara, minimal 4 tahun dan maksimal 12 tahun serta denda Rp 400 juta hingga Rp 8 milyar.

Sedangkan, lanjutnya 25 tersangka juga dikenakan Pasal 112 Ayat 2 Undang-Undang Nomor 35 tahun 2009 tentang Tindak Pidana Narkotika dengan ancaman hukuman penjara lebih tinggi, minimal 5 tahun dan maksimal 20 tahun serta denda Rp 10 milyar.

“Kemudian ada Pasal 197 Undang-Udang Nomor 36 tahun 2009 tentang Kesehatan dengan ancaman pidana paling lama 15 tahun, dengan denda paling besar Rp 1,5 milyar,” tutupnya. (Dwi)
