Jawabarat, www.beritaterkini.co.id || Kementerian Hukum dan Hak Asasi Manusia (Kemenkumham) akan memindahkan sebagian narapidana ke Lapas Kelas IIA Narkotika Nusakambangan dan Lapas Kelas IIA Karang Anyar Nusakambangan. Pemindahan narapidana ini disampaikan Kemenkumham melalui surat Direktur Jenderal Pemasyarakatan di wilayah Jawabarat.
Maksud dan tujuan pemindahan narapidana adalah dalam rangka mengurangi over kapasitas dan meminimalisir gangguan keamanan dan ketertiban Lapas/Rutan di Jawabarat.
Jumlah isi Lapas per tanggal 16 Juli 2020 se-jawabarat sebanyak 20.267 orang yang terdiri 17.032 orang narapidana, dan 3.235 orang tahanan yang akan dipindahkan, adapun jumlah narapidana yang akan di pindahkan ke Lapas Kelas I Cirebon sebanyak 23 orang, Lapas Kelas IIA Gintung 12 orang, Lapas Kelas IIA Karawang 15 orang, Lapas Kelas IIA Banceuy 22 orang, Lapas Kelas IIA Narkotika Gunung Sindur 13 orang, Lapas Kelas IIA Khusus Gunung Sindur 5 orang, dan Rutan Kelas I Bandung 1 orang belum bisa di pindahkan karena masih ada perkara lain(MAP).
Sedangkan narapidana yang belum dapat di pindahkan karena MAP, sebanyak 1 orang narapidana di Lapas Kelas I Cirebon, dan 3 orang narapidana Lapas Kelas IIA Narkotika Gunung Sindur.
Ini narapidana yang di pindahkan berdasarkan perkara/kasus dan jenis pidananya sebanyak 90 orang napi kasus Narkotika, 10 orang napi pidananya seumur hidup, dan 5 orang napi yang sampai hukuman mati. Penempatan napi di Lapas Nusakambangan Kelas IIA Narkotika sebanyak 42 orang, sedangkan di Lapas Khusus Kelas IIA Karang Anyar 48 orang, dan seluruhnya menjadi 90 orang napi yang akan di pindahkan.
Demikian dilaporkan Menkumham RI Wilayah Jawabarat dalam surat Direktur Jenderal Pemasyarakatan Selasa, 14 Juli 2020. Oleh Kepala Divisi Permasyarakatan Abdul Aris, tentang pemindahan narapidana ke Lapas Khusus Kelas IIA Karang Anyar dan Lapas Narkotika Kelas IIA Nusakambangan.
