Kemenparekraf Gelar “Bincang Revitalisasi Bumi”, Bali Di-branding Sebagai Pariwisata Lingkungan
Beritaterkini.co.id, Nusa Dua – Secara perlahan, pemerintah mulai membuka aktivitas pariwisata di Pulau Dewata yang notabene tulang punggung perekonomian Bali. Kegiatan tersebut dibarengi dengan peluncuran program Revitalisasi Bumi yang digelar Kementerian Pariwisata dan Ekonomi Kreatif (Kemenekraf) di Nusa Dua, Kecamatan Kuta Selatan, Kabupaten Badung, Rabu (12/8).
Deputi Bidang Produk Wisata dan Penyelenggara Kegiatan Rizky Handayani, menjelaskan, program Revitalisasi Bumi adalah bagian kecil dari salah satu arahan Presiden dan Menteri Pariwisata dan Ekonomi Kreatif untuk melibatkan masyarakat menjaga kebersihan lingkungan.
Sebaba, kata Rizky, kebersihan akan menjadi faktor utama daya tarik wisatawan. Apalagi selama ini, Bali sering disorot berbagai kalangan karena dianggap kurang bersih. “Ke depan, kebersihan dan kesehatan menjadi kunci utama kemajuan pariwisata. Tanpa kebersihan, keindahan alam akan terlihat tidak indah lagi,” kata Rizky, usai kegiatan.
Bincang Revitalisasi Bumi yang menghadirkan nara sumber pegiat lingkungan Swietenia Puspa Lestari, Bupati Klungkung I Nyoman Suwirta, Putri Indonesia Lingkungan 2019 Jolene Marie CR, Mantan Menteri Pariwisata I Gede Ardika, Staf Ahli Gubernur Bali Bidang Pariwisata Cipto Aji Gunawan serta dihadiri Kepala Dinas Pariwisata Provinsi Bali I Putu Astawa tersebut, mengajak seluruh elemen masyarakat untuk menjaga kebersihan lingkungan serta memakai produk-produk ramah lingkungan sehari-hari.
Akan ada 10 titik di Bali yang bakal digarap di awal program. Dengan langkah ini, ‘angle’ Bali bisa dirubah menjadi pariwisata berbasis kebersihan lingkungan. “Kita tahu bahwa Bali sangat bergantung pada sektor pariwisata. Menurut Bank Indonesia (BI), ekonomi Bali minus 10 pada kuartal ke 2. Jika tidak dibuka aktivitas pariwisatanya, akan turun lagi di kuartal berikut. Jadi selama vaksin Covid-19 belum ditemukan, pemerintah akan membuka perlahan pariwisata, tentu dengan menerapkan protokol kesehatan yang ketat,” ujarnya.
Pada kesempatan yang sama, Swietenia Puspa Lestari mengaku sangat mengapresiasi langkah Kemenparekraf sela wabah pandemi Covid-19 melanda. “Kemenparekraf tidak hanya memberi insentif bagi pelaku pariwisata terdampak. Tapi juga peduli pada pelestarian bumi,” kata Swietenia.
Remaja pegiat kebersihan laut ini menyayangkan masih maraknya penggunaan plastik sekali pakai dan benda tidak ramah lingkungan lain di Bali. Selama dua Minggu terakhir, ia aktif keliling mengecek kesiapan obyek pariwisata menyambut era tatanan kehidupan baru. Menurutnya, rata-rata sudah siap dengan protokol kesehatan, namun yang sayangkan masiu tampak pengunaan plastik sekali pakai.
Ia mengajak masyarakat, apalagi pelaku penyedia jasa pariwisata agar lebih menaati peraturan gubernur tentang pengurangan spah plastik, demikian juga Peraturan Walikota Denpasar. “Sejak pandemi, kami lihat banyak limbah masker yang berserakan. Bahkan ada yang kami temukan di laut. Ini menjadi malasah baru yang harus diselesaikan,” tandasnya. 5412
