Komandan Kodikopsla Kodiklatal Tinjau Lattek Olah Yudha Operasi Amphibi Siswa Diklapa dan Dikmatra II

Komandan Komando Pendidikan Operasi Laut (Dankodikopsla) Komando Pembinaan Doktrin Pendidikan dan Latihan TNI Angkatan Laut (Kodiklatal) Laksma TNI Agus Haryadi meninjau pelaksanaan Lattek Olah Yudha (Oyu) Operasi Amphibi Siswa Pendidikan Lanjutan Perwira (Diklapa) II TNI AL Angkatan 29 dan Siswa Dikmatra II Tahun 2020. Adapun Lattek Oyu Operasi amphibi tersebut dilaksanakan di gedung Tactical Floor Game (TFG) Pusat Latihan Operasi Laut (Puslatopsla) Kesatrian Bumimoro Kodiklatal Surabaya, Jumat, (28/8).

Lattek Oyu Operasi Amphibi tersebut diikuti 134 orang Siswa perwira dengan rincian 74 orang siswa Diklapa II Komando Umum (Koum), Komando Tempur (Kopur) dan Bantuan Tempur (Banpur) serta 60 Siswa Dikmatra II TNI AL.

Disela sela peninjauan Dankodikopsla Laksma TNI Agus Haryadi menyampaikan bahwa tujuan kegiatan Lattek tersebut adalah memberikan pengalaman dan pengetahuan kepada para perwira siswa tentang bagaimana penerapan proses pengambilan keputusan militer, melatih untuk merumuskan rencana opresai maupun perintah operasi dalam operasi laut berdasarkan langkah langkah dalam proses pengambilan keputusan militer.

Disamping itu para siswa dituntut pula untuk menguasai materi yang mendukung baik yang berupa teknik, taktik, operasi maupun yang lainnya, sehingga apa yang para siswa hasilkan dalam Olah Yudha ini merupakan produk yang berbobot.

Dalam kesempatan tersebut Komandan Kodikopsla juga menyampaikan bahwa Olah Yudha merupakan proses kegiatan kerja sama khususnya kerja sama staf. Keluaran yang para siswa hasilkan merupakan hasil kegiatan yang telah dikoordinasikan, Oleh kaena itu pelaksanaan koordinasi dalam perencanaan, baik antar staf sendiri maupun dengan staf samping hendaknya benar-benar diperhatikan.

Sedangkan kepada para perwira Wasdal, maupun para staf latihan Komandan Kodikopsla berpesan agar tetap memberikan bimbingan dan tuntunan sehingga olah yudha ini dapat terlaksana dengan baik, dengan hasil yang optimal sebagaimana diharapkan oleh lembaga.
