Fachri Lubis mengatakan kalau UUD 1945 palsu tetap berlaku, maka celakalah masa depan anak cucu kita. Karena ia meminta Dukungan semua pihak untuk ikut mengembalikan UUD 1945 yang asli agar masa depan bangsa dan negara kita dapat diselamatkan.
Darmo LMP mengurai krusial perubahan dari UUD 1945 sudah dimulai sejak di cabutnya hak referendum bagi rakyat yang mengharuskan jika hendak mengubah UUD 1945 harus atas persetujuan rakyat. Karena itu perubahan UUD 1945 jelas tidak sah, karena tidak mendapat persetujuan dari rakyat.
Atas dasar itu sebagai warga bangsa Indonesia dokter Zulkuifli Ekomey telah mengajukan gugatan melalui Pengadilan Negeri Jakarta Pusat. prosesnya masih berlanjut sampai sekarang.
Zulkifli Eklmey menyebut UUD 1945 yang diubah tahun 2002 itu jelas palsu. Di dalamnya pun terdapat 16 bab dengan satu bab yang kosong. Jadi memang UUD 1945 yang diubah pada zamannya Amin Rais sebagai Ketua MPR RI ini cacat hukum.
“Jadi saya menggugat atas dasar itu sebagai UUD 1945 yang palsu. Karena itu melalui forum ini saya mengajak semua pihak sebagai warga bangsa dan warga negara Indonesia untuk merebut kembali kedaulatan rakyat yang dirampas dengan semena-mena oleh rezim penguasa dari tangan rakyat”, kata Pak Dokter ini.
Diinformasikan juga hari ini Senin 31 Agustus 2020 Forum ini juga akan diterima oleh MUI (Majelis Ulama Indonesia) untuk berdialog serta minta petunjuk dan fatwa tentang upaya rakyat untuk kembali kepada UUD 1945 yang asli. Upaya ini menurut Doli Yatim merupakan bagian dari upaya kawan-kawan melakukan gugatan secara hukum di PN Jakarta Pusat yang akan kembali memulai persidangannya pada 2 September 2020. Dan pada hari yang sama Tim Pejuang Pengembakuan UUD 1945 yang asli pun akan mendatangi Bareskrim Mabes Polri.
Inge Mangundap tokoh perempuan Indonesia selaku koordinator Emak-emak berjanji akan terus melakukan konsolidasi dengan jaringan Emak-emak di daerah.
Gerakan Pemuda Indonesia Bersatu sepakat dan siap memberi dukungan untuk mengembalikan negara kembali pada konstitusi. “Jangan biarkan negeri kita dikekola secara prostitusi. Sebab budaya prostitusi itu semua bisa dibeli dengan duit. Dan negara kita tidak boleh diatur dan dikelola oleh mereka berdasarkan duit. Termasuk UUD 1945 yang diperjual-belikan oleh pelacur-pelacur politik di negeri ini”, kata aktivis koalisi mahasiswa se Jakarta ini.
Doli Yatim yang bertindak selaku moderator pun menambahkan bahwa kesalahan dalam perubahan UUD 1945 yang disebut amandemen itu ada 16 item yang fatal. Karena itu amandemen UUD 1945 pada tahun 2002 dan seterusnya itu cacat secara hukum.
Dia juga menginformasikan pada tanggal 8 September 2020 nanti akan ada putusan sela dari PN. Jakarta Pusat. Untuk itu Doli Yatim meminta semua aktivis ekemen pergerakan dapat nerapatkan barisan. Sebab masalah UUD 1945 adalah masalah kita bersama untuk menyelamatkan anak cucu kita. (Red/Aj)
