Swab Tes merupakan pengambilan lendir/cairan yang ada di Rongga Hidung dan Rongga Tenggorokan. Cara ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya imunitas (antibodi) seseorang terhadap Covid – 19. Hasilnya disebutkan reaktif dan non reaktif. Tidak hanya sekali Swab Tes dilakukan untuk memastikan seseorang dinyatakan Positif Covid-19 meskipun tergolong Orang Tanpa Gejala (OTG). Dan OTG ini dimungkinkan banyak jumlahnya, bila dilakukan Swab Massal pada masyarakat.
Seluruh Anggota Koramil 11 Kemranjen Kodim 0701 Banyumas melaksanakan Swab Tes yang dilakukan oleh Puskesmas Kemranjen I Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Banyumas. Kegiatan Swab Tes merupakan perintah dari Pimpinan TNI untuk mencegah dan mengetahui penyebaran Covid-19. Mengingat anggota TNI terutama Babinsa yang setiap saat berada di lapangan dan selalu bersosialisasi dengan masyarakat banyak.
Kegiatan Swab Tes juga dilaksanakan di semua Koramil yang ada di wilayah Kodim 0701 Banyumas, termasuk Makodim. Dari data yang ada, Kodim 0701 Banyumas dan jajaran Koramil dibawahnya yang telah melaksanakan Tes Swab secara massal untuk seluruh anggotanya. (Red/Aj)
