Untuk mendukung program Pemerintah dalam menjaga ketahanan pangan nasional, Komandan Komando Pembinaan Doktrin Pendidikan dan Latihan Angkatan Laut (Dankodiklatal) Laksda TNI Nurhidayat bersama pejabat Utama Kodiklatal menebar ribuan ikan nila dan tombro di dua kolam yang berada di Kesatrian Bumimoro Kodiklatal Surabaya, Selasa, (1/9).

Adapun pejabat utama Kodiklatal yang turut hadir dalam penebaran ikan tersebut Wadan Kodiklatal Brigjen TNI (Mar) Lukman ST., M.Si (Han), Direktur Pengkajian dan Pengembangan (Dirjianbang) Laksma TNI I Wayan Suarjaya, S.Sos, Direktur Pendidikan dan Latihan Angkatan laut (Dirdiklat) Laksma TNI Judijanto, M.Si., MA Dirdok Laksma TNI Antongan Simatupang dan Komandan Denmako Kodiklatal. Sedangkan dua kolam tersebut adalah kolam Srikandi dan kolam Taman Yos Sudarso.

Disela sela pelaksanaan penebaran ikan Dankodiklatal Laksda TNI Nurhidayat menyampaikan bahwa kegiatan tersebut dalam upaya mendukung ketahanan pangan sesuai yang diprogramkan pemerintah. Menurutnya selain menebar di kesatrian Bumimoro, para prajurit Kodiklatal juga telah melaksanakan penebaran ikan di Kodikopsla Ujung, Kodikmar Gunung Sari dan di Puslatdiksarmil Juanda Siadoarjo.

Selain itu, Kodiklatal juga berupaya untuk memanfaatkan lahan-lahan kososng di kesatrian dengan menanam berbagai jenis tanaman holtikultura di antaranya tomat, terong, singkong dan tanaman lainya.

Untuk mensukseskan program ketahanan pangan tersebut, Kodiklatal melibatkan seluruh antap dan prajurit siswa dalam mengelola seluruh lahan kosong untuk ditanami berbagai jenis tanaman hortikultura.

Bahkan untuk seluruh antap Kodiklatal, diinstruksikan untuk melaksanakan program ketahanan pangan di rumah masing-masing serta mengajak masyarakat yang berada di sekitar tempat tinggalnya untuk bersama-sama mengelola lahan kosong untuk bertanam. (Red/Aj)
