Palembang, Berita Terkini. Co. Id Puluhan massa dari Lembaga Swadaya Masyarakat (LSM) Masyarakat Toleransi Analisa Nusantara (MATA Nusa) mengelar aksi unjuk rasa terkait dugaan Korupsi di Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ulu (OKU) bertempat di Depan Kejati Sumsel Palembang, (28/06/22).
Ketua LSM MATA Nusantara Zubhan, S.E mengatakan pada awak media berharap supaya pihak penegak hukum dalam hal ini kejaksaan tinggi Sumatera Selatan agar segera memanggil dan memeriksa oknum – oknum yang di duga telah melakukan tindak pidana KKN.
“Saya berharap khusus nya kepada pihak Kejaksaan Tinggi Sumatera Selatan agar dapat segera melakukan pemanggilan atau melakukan audit kepada oknum-oknum yang diduga telah merugikan Negara atau KKK,”tutur Zubhan, S.E
Dalam aksinya LSM MATA Nusantara menyampaikan beberapa tuntutan yang di bacakan oleh Erham Mudin sebagai koordinator aksi sebagai berikut:
1.Mendesak kejaksaan tinggi Sumatera Selatan untuk memeriksa/melakukan penyelidikan terhadap Dinas Perumahan dan Permukiman kabupaten Ogan Komering Ulu (OKU), terkait pekerjaan Pembangunan Jaringan Perpipaan Tematik penanggulangan kemiskinan yang tersebar di 11 titik di kecamatan se kabupaten OKU yang menghabiskan dana puluhan milyar rupiah.
2. Usut tuntas adanya muncul dugaan KKN di dinas pemadam kebakaran OKU atas pengadaan:
A. Pengadaan 2 unit mobil tangki pemadam kebakaran beserta perlengkapannya dengan anggaran sebesar Rp.2.310.***.**,-
B. Belanja pemeliharaan peralatan dan mesin dengan anggaran Rp.134.000.***,-
C. Belanja iuran jaminan kesehatan bagi Non ASN sebesar Rp.170.250.***,-
3. Mendesak kejaksaan tinggi Sumatera Selatan untuk memeriksa/ memanggil sekwan, Kabag umum, kasubag umum DPRD OKU terkait dengan belanja bagian umum tahun anggaran 2021 sebesar Rp.3.655.524.912,-
4. Mendesak kejaksaan tinggi Sumatera Selatan untuk mengusut tuntas kantor Agraria dan Tata Ruang/BPN kabupaten OKU terkait belanja:
A. Belanja barang non operasional tahun 2021 sebesar Rp 1.176. ***.***,-
B. Belanja barang perkantoran tahun anggaran 2021 sebesar Rp 1.393.***.***,-
C. Belanja barang non operasional tahun 2021 sebesar Rp 411.***.****,-
5. Mendesak kejaksaan tinggi Sumatera Selatan untuk mengusut tuntas adanya dugaan Mark’up pengadaan dana covid-19 (Pembelian Alat Kesehatan) di Desa-Desa Se-kabupaten OKU Selatan tahun anggaran 2022. Dimana setiap desa menganggarkan lebih dari Rp.22.***.***,- sampai dengan Rp.25.***.***,-. Dan dilakukan juga dengan Periksa pihak terkait Dinas Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Pemerintah Desa (PMPD) OKU Selatan pendamping desa dan pihak terkait lainnya.

Aksi unjuk rasa di kejaksaan tinggi Sumatera Selatan terima oleh Kasi E Adi Mulyawan, S.H, yang mewakili kasi Penerangan dan Penyuluhan Hukum (Penkum) mengatakan silahkan masukan laporannya dan dokumen pendukung, kami akan memeriksa dan meenliti data tesebut dan juga akan melihat apakah kasus ini sudah di periksa oleh Kejari OKU” pungkasnya.
