Aksi sosial berupa pemberian tali asih kepada warakawuri di Panti Werdha TNI AL Juanda ini adalah sebagai bentuk solidaritas antar sesama dengan maksud untuk meringankan beban kehidupan dan juga sebagai wadah untuk mempererat jalinan silahturahmi.
Hal tersebut diungkapkan Aspers Danlantamal V Kolonel Laut (KH) Ambyah Wiharjono yang mewakili Komandan Pangkalan Utama TNI Angkatan Laut (Danlantamal) V Laksma TNI Tedjo Sukmono, S.H., CHRMP., disela-sela penyampaian tali asih kepada para warakawuri di Panti Werda Lanudal Juanda, Kamis Siang (10/9).
Kegiatan Bakti sosial berupa pemberian tali asih kepada Panti Werdha ini, merupakan rangkaian kegiatan dalam rangka memperingati Hari Jadi ke 75 TNI Angkatan Laut dan sebelumnya, juga telah dilaksanakan bakti sosial berupa donor Darah yang di helaat di Mako Lantamal V tidak sampai disitu rencana beberapa hari kedepan akan dilaksanakan aksi bakti sosial berupa Renovasi Rumah Tidak Layak Huni (Rutilahu) di Dusun Ngemboh, Desa Ngemboh Kecamatan Ujung Pangkah Kabupaten Gresik serta Donor Darah dan Bersih-bersih Pantai di Pantai Putih Delegan Gresik.
Penyerahan tali asih tertsebut diterima langsung oleh yang berhak yakni Ny. Ramlah, Ny. Rachel, Ny. Helena, Ny. Dyah, Ny. Penny, Tn. Noersalim dan disaksikan oleh Kepala Panti Werda Juanda Mayor Laut (T) Supriyono.
Tampak hadir Aspers Danlantamal V beserta Istri, Aspotmar Danlantamal V beserta Istri, Kadisminpers dan Istri, Kasi Sosial dan pengurus Korcab V DJA II serta segenap penghuni Panti Werdha Juanda. (Red/Aj)
