Polresta Tangerang bersama Pemkab Tangerang dan Kodim 0510 Tigaraksa menggelar Operasi Yustisi di Bunderan 1, Citra Raya, Kecamatan Cikupa, Kabupaten Tangerang, Senin (14/9/2020). Operasi Yustisi itu sebagai bagian dari upaya mendisiplinkan masyarakat untuk melaksanakan protokol kesehatan.
“Mulai hari ini, kami tiga pilar, secara bersama gelar Operasi Yustisi,” kata Kapolresta Tangerang Kombes Pol Ade Ary Syam Indradi.
Ade menambahkan, apabila ditemukan masyarakat yang tidak melaksanakan protokol kesehatan seperti tidak menggunakan masker, maka akan langsung diberi sanksi.
Adapun sanksi yang diberikan, kata dia, bisa berupa teguran tertulis, hukuman fisik, kerja sosial, hingga denda.
Kata Ade, ketentuan mengenai sanksi berdasarkan Peraturan Bupati Tangerang Nomor 53 tahun 2020. Pada tahap saat ini, terang Ade, para pelanggar diberi sanksi teguran tertulis dan hukuman fisik yakni push up.
“Kita liat eskalasinya. Sampai hari ini masih teguran tertulis dan hukuman fisik,” terang Ade.
Orang nomor satu di Polresta Tangerang ini menyampaikan, Operasi Yustisi akan rutin digelar di 11 titik secara statis. Kesebelas titik itu, Operasi Yustisi dijalankan oleh kapolsek, camat, dan koramil.
Selain Operasi Yustisi di titik statis, Operasi Yustisi juga dilakukan secara mobile oleh gugus tugas dan personel Bhabinkamtibmas bersam Babinsa. Adapun tujuan Operasi Yustisi, kata Ade, adalah agar mendorong masyarakat melaksanakan protokol kesehatan yakni minimal menggunakan masker, menjaga jarak, dan rajin mencuci tangan.
“Niat kami adalah menegakkan kedisiplinan masyarakat untuk melaksanakan protokol kesehatan untuk mencegah penyebaran Covid-19,” ujarnya.
Ade berharap, Operasi Yustisi menjaring sesedikit mungkin masyarakat. Hal itu berarti, tingkat kesadaran masyarakat sudah meningkat. Ade pun berharap, masyarakat Kabupaten Tangerang sudah 100 persen menggunakan masker.
Ade pun kembali mengajak semua elemen masyarakat untuk bergerak saling mengingatkan agar masyarakat sadar melaksanakan protokol kesehatan. Dengan demikian, upaya mendisiplinkan masyarakat untuk melaksanakan protokol kesehatan dapat berjalan sesuai harapan.
“Orang yang sudah menggunakan masker, agar jadi pelopor mengingatkan orang yang belum memakai masker,” pungkasnya.
Sementara Kabid Humas Polda Banten Kombes Pol Edy Sumardi Menyampaikan Kepada Masyarakat Bahwa Kegiatan Operasi Yustisi Gabungan Ini adalah untuk memberikan Pendisiplinan Protokol Kesehatan di Tengah Masyarakat, Agar Muncul Kesadaran Pribadi dengan Selalu Melakukan 3 M, Yaitu Memakai Masker, Mencuci Tangan Dengan Sabun dan Menjaga Jarak 2 Meter.
Dengan Harapan dan Tujuan Operasi Yustisi ini juga Mampu Menekan Dan Memutus Mata Rantai Penyebaran Covid-19 di seluruh provinsi banten. Ujar Edy Sumardi. (Bid Hms)
