Pembatasan sosial berskala besar (PSBB) ketat di DKI Jakarta mulai diterapkan hari ini. Di hari pertama PSBB ketat ini, Dirlantas Polda Metro Jaya Kombes Pol Sambodo Purnomo Yogo menyebut kondisi lalu lintas di Jakarta dan sekitarnya pagi ini padat.
“Tetapi pantauan dari titik-titik di mana anggota bertugas yang mantau melalui HT (handy talkie) sejak pagi memang kepadatan masih terjadi. Karena masih kita maklumi karena ini hari pertama,” kata KombesPol Sambodo kepada wartawan di Pasar Jumat, Cilandak, Jakarta Selatan, Senin (14/9/2020).
KombesPol Sambodo tidak merinci lebih lanjut terkait kepadatan lalu lintas hari ini. KombesPol Sambodo berharap ke depan kantor di DKI Jakarta dapat menerapkan sistem work from home (WFH) untuk menekan penyebaran virus Corona (COVID-19).
“Hari kedua dan hari ketiga berikutnya mudah-mudahan sudah mulai banyak kantor atau tempat usaha yang melakukan WFH. Ataupun kantor atau pemerintah yang 25-50%. Tentu kita harapkan situasi akan lebih menurun,” jelas KombesPol Sambodo.
Penerapan sistem ganjil-genap di DKI Jakarta juga tidak diberlakukan selama PSBB total. Ke depan, pihaknya pun akan melakukan evaluasi terkait dampak PSBB total dengan kepadatan lalin.
“Hari ini gage (ganjil-genap) mulai pertama kali tidak diberlakukan, selama 14 hari. Nanti kita liat perkembangan seperti apa, karena ini mungkin hari pertama tentu kita masih belum bisa evaluasi. Apakah dampak dari PSBB ini terhadap arus lalin,” ujar KombesPol Sambodo.
Diberitakan sebelumnya, penyebaran virus Corona (COVID-19) di DKI Jakarta semakin tinggi dan mengkhawatirkan. Gubernur DKI Jakarta Anies Baswedan memutuskan menarik rem darurat di Ibu Kota dan kembali memberlakukan PSBB ketat mulai hari ini hingga dua pekan ke depan.
“Maka, dengan melihat kedaruratan ini, tidak ada banyak pilihan bagi Jakarta kecuali menarik rem darurat sesegera mungkin,” kata Gubernur Anies dalam konferensi pers di Balai Kota Jakarta, Rabu (9/9).
Gubernur Anies mengatakan Pemprov DKI Jakarta terpaksa menarik rem darurat. PSBB yang berlaku hari ini bukanlah PSBB transisi, melainkan PSBB ketat seperti awal pandemi. Dengan adanya pemberlakuan PSBB ini, pembatasan kendaraan dengan ganjil-genap pun ditiadakan mulai hari ini.
“Ganjil-genap akan ditiadakan mulai 14 September,” kata Gubernur Anies Baswedan di Mapolda Metro Jaya, Jakarta, Kamis (10/9).
Gubernur Anies menyebutkan pihaknya juga akan menerapkan pembatasan kendaraan umum serta jumlah penumpang yang boleh berada di kendaraan. Berdasarkan Pergub Nomor 88 Tahun 2020 Pasal 18 Ayat 4 diatur mengenai penggunaan kendaraan mobil pribadi. (Red/Aj)
