Kapolda Jawa Timur pimpin serah terima jabatan Kapolres Madiun AKBP Eddwi Kurniyanto digantikan R Bagoes Wibisono Handoyo Koesoemah, yang sebelumnya mengemban tugas sebagai Kasubdit II Ditresnarkoba Polda Metro Jaya. Sedang tugas baru AKBP Eddwi sebagai Wadir Lantas Polda Aceh.

Kegiatan sertijab yang berlangsung di Mapolda Jatim, Senin (14/9/2020) dihadiri antara lain Waka Polda Jatim Brigjen Slamet HS, Pejabat Utama Kabid Humas Polda Jatim Kombes Trunoyudo Wisnu Andiko

Sedangkan AKBP Eddwi Kurniyanto, selama mengemban tugas Kapolres di jajaran Polda Jatim sudah dua kali, pertama Kapolres Probolinggo dan Kapolres Madiun. Di dunia kelalulintasan, Ndan Eddwi – sapaan akrabnya tidak diragukan lagi.

Hal itu, sebelum jabat Kapolres, Ndan Eddwi pernah mengemban tugas sebagai Kasat Lantas, Kasubdit Kamsel dan Kasubdit Reqident , Kasat PJR Ditlantas Polda Jatim, Kasat PJR Di. Sehingga sesuai kariernya “bidang lalu lintas” cukup lama ditekuni. Untuk itu, jabatannya naik setingkat lebih tinggi dari Kapolres menduduki jabatan baru Wadir Lantas.

Terkait mutasi jabatan, Ndan Eddwi selalu mensyukuri. “ Alhamdulillah selalu mensyukuri. Insyallah yang terbaik..rejeki dari Allah tidak akan salah alamat. Yakin aku akan cemerlang dan jadi jalan menuju kesuksesan..amin yra,” kata AKBP Eddwi Kurniyanto.

Untuk diketahui, kata Kapolda Jatim, bahwa mutasi jabatan di lingkungan Polri merupakan hal yang biasa. Alih tugas ini juga merupakan penyegaran bagi anggota yang dipindahtugaskan.
