Casis Diktukbakat TNI AL TA 2020 Laksanakan Tes Kesegaran Jasmani di Puslatdiksarmil Kodiklatal

Sebanyak 996 Prajurit Strata tamtama dari berbagai Komando Utama (Kotama) TNI AL mengikuti tes kesegaran Jasmani guna memperebutkan kursi dalam program Pendidikan Pembetukan Bintara Singkat (Diktukbakat) TNI AL TA 2020 yang dilaksanakan di lapangan Samudera Pusat Latihan Pendidikan dasar Militer (Puslatdiksarmil) Komando Pembinaan Doktrin Pendidikan dan Latihan Angkatan Laut (Kodiklatal) yang berlokasi di Juanda Sidoarjo, Senin, (21/9).

Adapun materi tes garjas tersebut meliputi Baterei A, berupa lari selama 12 menit dan Baterei B meliputi Full Up sebanyak-banyaknya selama 1 menit, Sit Up selama 1 menit, Push Up selama 1 menit dan Shatle Run (lari angka delapan) dan renang. Adapun Tes Garjas ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kemampuan fisik para casis Diktukbakat yang akan mengikuti pendidikan di Kodiklatal.

Panitia penanggung jawab Tes Kesegaran Jasmani yang juga Pabandya Jasrek Ditum Kodiklatal Letkol Laut (KH) Slamet Basuki, S.Pd., M.Pd.menyampaikan agar seluruh Casis melaksanakan tes dengan serius dan disesuaikan dengan kemampuan masing-masing. Menurutnya personel yang mengikuti seleksi harus tetap menjaga kondisi fisik mapun mental agar tetap fit, sehingga bisa menjalanai tes secara maksimal baik dalam kehadiran maupun capaian nilai yang sesuai standar yang dipersyaratkan untuk bisa mengikuti pendidikan.

Lebih lanjut disampaikan selain menjalankan seleksi Garjas para casis juga akan menjalani beberapa rangkaian seleksi diantaranya Mental Idiologi, kesehatan umum, kesehatan Jiwa dan Psikologi. Setelah melaksanakan berbagai seleksi kegiatan akan ditutup dengan sidang Panitia Penentuan Akhir (Pantukhir) dilanjutkan pembukaan pendidikan. (Red/Aj)
