Kapolri Jenderal Pol Idham Azis mengeluarkan Maklumat Kapolri Tentang Kepatuhan Terhadap Protokol Kesehatan Dalam Pelaksanaan Pemilihan Tahun 2020.
Kadiv Humas Polri Irjen Pol Raden Prabowo Argo Yuwono di Jakarta, Senin, membenarkan diterbitkannya maklumat tersebut.
Dengan adanya maklumat itu, seluruh peserta pilkada diharapkan bisa mematuhi standar protokol kesehatan dalam setiap tahapan pesta demokrasi tersebut.
Irjen Pol Argo optimistis dengan menerapkan protokol kesehatan dapat menekan dan mencegah terjadinya penyebaran klaster baru COVID-19 pada pelaksanaan Pilkada 2020.
“Diharapkan dengan adanya Maklumat Kapolri ini bisa menekan sekecil mungkin klaster di tahapan Pilkada,” tutur Irjen Pol Argo.
Isi Maklumat Kapolri nomor: Mak/3/IX/2020 tertanggal 21 September 2020 itu yakni:
1. Pemilihan Kepala Daerah 2020 merupakan pelaksanaan kedaulatan rakyat secara konstitusional yang dilindungi Undang-undang, maka diperlukan penegasan pengaturan agar tidak menjadi klaster baru penyebaran COVID-19.
2. Untuk memberikan perlindungan dan menjamin keselamatan kepada penyelenggara pemilihan, peserta pemilihan, pemilih dan seluruh pihak yang terkait dalam rangka memutus mata rantai penyebaran COVID-19 pada adaptasi kebiasaan baru, dengan ini Kapolri mengeluarkan maklumat:
a. Dalam pelaksanaan Pemilihan Tahun 2020, tetap mengutamakan keselamatan jiwa dengan mematuhi kebijakan dan peraturan pemerintah terkait penanganan, pencegahan, serta protokol kesehatan COVID-19.
b. Penyelenggara pemilihan, peserta pemilihan, pemilih dan seluruh pihak yang terkait pada setiap tahapan pemilihan wajib menerapkan protokol kesehatan COVID-19 dengan memakai masker, mencuci tangan, menjaga jarak dan menghindari kerumunan.
c. Pengerahan massa pada setiap tahapan pemilihan tidak melebihi batasan jumlah massa yang telah ditetapkan oleh penyelenggara pemilihan.
d. Setelah selesai melaksanakan setiap kegiatan tahapan pemilihan, semua pihak yang terlibat dan masyarakat agar segera membubarkan diri dengan tertib tanpa arak-arakan, konvoi atau sejenisnya.
3. Bahwa apabila ditemukan perbuatan yang bertentangan dengan maklumat ini, maka setiap anggota Polri wajib melakukan tindakan Kepolisian yang diperlukan sesuai ketentuan perundang-undangan yang berlaku.
4. Demikian maklumat ini disampaikan untuk diketahui dan dipatuhi oleh seluruh masyarakat. (Red/Aj)
